We are thrilled with the completion of our recent home renovation project by Complete Home Construction (CHC). The scope included a sunroom addition, walk-out balcony (above the sunroom) and a basement addition (below the sunroom).Giancarlo Tari and team were outstanding to partner with us to envision this project, create the design blueprints and manage the permit process. Chad Wild and Donny Khachada made the best construction team for this project. They were professional, highly skilled, and were just a delight to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure that we could have a functioning kitchen for as long as possible during the construction phase. Mal Benham and Chad managed the execution of the project within a month as committed.We assessed all leading sunroom providers as part of our due diligence process over a six months period. We decided to go with CHC for three reasons: 1) We were not dealing with a typical sales person pushing a product, but Giancarlo, a designer trained in construction technology, 2) CHC was able to create a custom solution vs others' that were force fitting one of their standard offerings 3) Competitive pricing.We are very pleased that we selected CHC and highly recommend them based on our experience. Very positive experience in getting our sunroom roof replaced. Your whole team was great to work with, from initial contact to completion. We appreciated how responsive, prompt and communicative you were in getting our roof back to better than new. It not only looks great but we know it's been done right. If only we had found you back when we were putting the sunroom up the first time!

1-The company missed it's first opportunity to get approval from the city,2-Windows were not available when the worker was ready to put them in, roof shingles were not available when the worker was ready to put them on.3-Sometimes not enough material was delivered, so the worker had to go get it, using up work hours.4-The first workers to come never worked a full day,5-and didn't show up at all two days.6-The topper- we were promised the room would be finished by Christmas, and it wasn't even close because the only worker available was injured. In spite of that,8-someone came to collect a payment (when we had no one working and all these things had happened).9-A crew" is one guy. Chad was an excellent worker

We recently had an all-season enclosure done by CHC for our upstairs balcony. Giancarlo helped us with the design of the custom windows and had great suggestions on what would look best on our home to maximize curb appeal. The design is great and really does look like it could be part of the original design of the house. I also cannot say better things about the installation process. Given that this was a balcony enclosure, scaffolding had to be put up but that did not phase our installer Donnie. Donnie was so courteous throughout the entire process, communicating exact timelines and even informing our neighbours of key installation milestones that might be towards their side of the house. Donnie was truly amazing, I cannot say better things about him. He does excellent, clean work and always with a smile. We are so happy with the end product and this has been one of the smoothest renovations we have ever had done. I would highly recommend CHC for their excellent quality work and even better service.

We wanted to express our thanks for the build of our new four season sunroom addition.
