Beautiful little restaurant in the hotel with a view. Space is limited so a reservation is absolutely recommended right as you check in. I had the salad and the elk special, my husband had pork belly and the beef special. When my salad arrived it was about 4x the expected amount of salad, but it was tasty! A little heavy on the dressing but I ate almost all of it. My husband loved the pork belly. The elk special was an Indian-style stew. Super flavourful and rich. My husband’s sterling silver fillet was excellent, he loved the potatoes as well. It’s a little bit expensive but we felt the value was there.

NIce ambience and views of the golf course but don't order the breakfast parfait. The house granola is in no way granola. No belly filling oats or nuts but the kind of bird seed that you would feed a budgie. Really hard, crunchy and so small that it gets stuck between your teeth, with just a small tablespoon scoop of yogurt. Very pricey for what you got. Not a great way to start your round of golf

Stayed here for a week and only ate here once....the food took almost 2 hours to come out, when it did it was cold and the portion sizes were a joke. The chicken was so tough almost in edible combined with its small size...the elk rotation was a 2 bite piece of meat with some sub par sides for 40 dollars the beef dish was not any better. Our waiter was not attentive and did not deserve a tip however there was an 18% automatic tip included in our bill which was well over 350 so 65ish bucks for the worst service we've ever had at any rrstaurant ever. The floor was dirty around our table and we would have to ask for things several times before getting them I expected alot more from what is supposed to be a luxury resort.

Stayed here for a one night get away, setting is fantastic, reception staff very friendly and accommodating .We had a king room, very clean, bed and linens very comfortable , furniture a little dated and needs upgrading.Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant a fantastic experience, great food and excellent staff.Pool area very good..Would recommend to anyone, great place to stay.

Stayed over night for a birthday getaway. Breakfast the next morning was top-notch. Delicious eggs benedict, maybe the best I've ever had, and the potates were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My family had a pancake and a waffle and both were sweet, homemade and delicious.Our server, Regan, was pleasant and accomodative to several requests. She even ensured I got an answer regarding my passing curiosity to brand of coffee the restaurant served.Our experience was very good. We would absolutely come back and would recommend this.

I would love to come here again to enjoy my favourite burger. Yup, Elk burger is the best I have ever tried.The elk meat is smoother than beef, and with a little bit different taste.With the sunny side egg, the taste become better while chewing.By the way, I have ordered the chips with something I don’t know the name, it is very good with the source beside.Hopefully you would try while travelling there.

The location is beautiful, the physical space is a very pleasant, woodland chalet style, and the servers were friendly, observant, and responsive. The food was a bit hit and miss during our visits, not always achieving the descriptions in the menu. The staff and the ambience make it a lovely place to visit.

Disappointing food experience. Pasta was tough and undercooked, kale salad was wilted with yellow leaves. Surprised at the quality given the cost. Would have liked to have come for a special dining experience but unfortunately that’s not an attraction here at the moment. Hoping this changes in the future!
