The staff at Tillsonburg Residence who look after my mom are worth their weight in gold. My family loves and appreciates their care. They are priceless

The staff is amazing. They truly care about the residents who live here.

The care staff are wonderful - friendly, always willing to help and very professional. With Covid, the staff had to take on more duties than should have been expected. Covid testing, setting up visiting appointments, letting people in the locked front door — was left to the staff during daytime hours; this was something that could have been handled by management staff. There isn’t any management on site on weekends. Problems don’t always arise on a M-F schedule. Maintenance issues can be slow. Follow-up doesn’t always happen even when requested. I’m glad to see that improvements to decor are being made to the residence. Overall it is good place to live.

Beautiful place, and super friendly staff. You can tell that everyone gets taken care of properly!

This is my mom’s 2nd year at the residence and she calls it “home”.Her room is beautifully decorated, meals are tastefully prepared by the kitchen staff, and snacks from fruit, baked goods and drinks are available daily. Staff are so kind and caring, and mom is encouraged to participate in daily activities. A wonderful place to enjoy your golden years.
