We hired Mika for a family wedding, and typically I would not take the time to post a negative review, however our experience with Mika was one a bride does not want to endure on her wedding day. Simply put, her makeup expertise is fine, but Mika comes across as rude, uncooperative and cold in nature. She did not bring any warmth or positive energy, instead seemed annoyed, frustrated and miserable. If you are a bride to be I do not recommend Mika. She will not elevate your wedding day in the slightest. Her team though were very sweet competent ladies. For full context there were some miscommunications in terms of timing, however it did not warrant such unprofessionalism.

Mika did my makeup for my aunts wedding and i absolutely loved working with her. She did an amazing job on my looks and I look forward to working with her again in the future! highly recommend getting your hair and makeup done for any event!!

Mika was amazing to work with! She did both my hair & makeup for my E-shoot, and made me feel relaxed & comfortable (which is hard to do so early in the morning!). She even gave me coffee, which was a bonus. Loved my look at the end, and would love to work with her again! Highly recommend!

I booked Mika for all my wedding events, and it was the best choice I made! She really went above and beyond to make sure my hair and makeup looked fantastic! She took the time to create distinct and unique looks for each of my events based on my outfits and jewelry. I got so many compliments from my friends and family. I hired Mika for my engagement hair and makeup. Service was so unprofessional and ruined my engagement day. Very unprofessional attitude and doesn’t even bother to hear our suggestions / how we want the look to be. Avoid this place at all cost if you want to look good for your wedding. Takes time to evaluate what looks good on your skin and pays attention to even smallest details. my family and I LOVED the look she had created. I would highly recommend her . would work with her again in the future.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mika and her wonderful team. I first worked with Mika’s team on my cousin’s wedding and I knew that they’d be the perfect team to have for my own. Mika gave me the best hair and makeup trial experience I could’ve ever asked for. She listened to everything I wanted, but also gave me some really great advice on what would suit my face and hair. The results were beyond anything I could’ve ever imagined and I felt so beautiful on my trial day.Fast forward to the wedding day, and she elevated everything from the trial to a whole new level. My makeup was incredible. As for my hair, I asked for something a little different, and it came out looking even better than the pictures! Mika is a wizard and she is so very talented! I’ve never felt so beautiful; my hair and makeup stayed intact throughout the day and night, through tears and dancing; and I’m so happy I chose her to be a part of my day. My bridal party also felt the same; they all looked amazing! I will recommend her to anybody looking for hair and makeup services.

Mika was such a friendly and kind person to interact with. She exerts a positive vibe that increases your confidence. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She did an amazing job on my hair and make up. My hair did not move at all and my make up was impeccable throughout. She was quick and also gave you time to eat in between before lipstick and lip liner added so you weren't walking down the aisle on an empty stomach. Her team was friendly as well and was just amazing. The hair and make up application for the bridal party was just wow! You will not regret booking Mika and her team. They will make you look and feel fabulous. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would.

It was an amazing experience working with Mika.I had her do my makeup for my anniversary dinner and wanted a very natural look and she gave me exactly that.She is very knowledgeable and gave me so many tips on doing my own everyday makeup.Thank you MikaHighly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back for more glamming sessions.
