Recently returned from a week in Nuevo Vallarta. Kim’s recommendation for the Riu Palace, through Sunwing all inclusive was perfect for our group of 6. After asking a few questions about our group and our interests, Kim suggested the Riu. We couldn’t have picked a more fitting location. Thank you Kim - we had an amazing trip!

Amazing service and no BS. Kim Benson the owner is AMAZING!!!!. I can't even begin to tell you how good she is. Her knowledge was out of this world. Once she booked my 59 days trip to Mexico she took the time to make it even sweeter for me with all the extra added bonus. It was greatly appreciated by my girlfriend and I. She took the time to find ways to fit within my budget and what I really appreciated was the time she took to help with me understand traveling during this pandemic. Tammy is the best!!! I was required to travel for work and had to rent a car. I have no idea how to travel at all and have never rented a car so naturally I had to call back and make her do it all over again because of my mistake. She made it super easy and even though I made her rewrite the entire voucher and credit my visa she got it all sorted out happily for me. I’ll be going to Murrayville Travel for all my travel needs.

I have been booking my travel with Kim at Murrayville travel for over 20 years. Fantastic! She is efficient, knowledgable, friendly, treats you like family. I am so impressed with her. We live in different provinces but that doesn’t matter to her. I will gladly recommend Murrayville Travel to anyone, AND I HAVE! The people I have referred to her are very happy. Kim at Murrayville Travel is fantastic! She booked our Mexican trip last year to Sunscape Akumal - we all loved it.Our flight this year was cancelled for Christmas Day due to weather, and Kim helped us out completely last minute. We have a 3 year old son who would have been very disappointed to no longer be going to Mexico. She rebooked us to Dreams Saffirein Puerto Morelos only one week before departure, when she was extremely busy and didn't have time for us.
