I ordered a battery on June 30, 2021 from the Litehawk Shop for my son’s r/c boat. I quickly realized I purchased the wrong battery and sent a message to that effect a couple of hours later and before I received confirmation. The battery arrived and as suspected, it wouldn’t fit. I have sent 3 messages without any acknowledgement from the company. I’m willing to absorb the cancelled order charge and order the correct battery. However, their lack of customer service leaves me with no confidence or desire to order anything from them again. It’s unfortunate because we would be loyal customers based on my son’s love of all things r/c!

Recently purchased the Litehawk Blast2. The car is a blast" to drive but had a small issue with the steering. I called customer support at Litehawk and talked to Will. We discussed every possible option that it could be. He went over and above by sending replacement parts for each potential issue so that I could be up and running as quickly as possible. I have never dealt with such great customer service. So far

Bought the overdrive mt. Big waste of 230 bucks... got to drive it twice and both times the front wheel keeps falling off..this time I was not lucky enough to find all the peices ..I have tried to get in touch with customer service but that is a big waste of time....so now I have a 230 dollar model truck..very frustrated with LiteHawk..

Customer service is impossible to get a hold of. I ordered an extra slot track piece at the beginning of November. I received the wrong piece and have been emailing and messaging on Facebook since with no response. There is no phone number listed to call. The product is great… customer service needs some work

Lite Hawk needs to change the quality of the differentials on the Crusher MT. We've replaced it three times now, within a month of purchasing it new. The differential is the only real issue. To say we're disappointed, is an understatement. You get what you pay for. Buyer beware!Traxxas purchase in our near future!So disappointing!

We purchased a Bigtom truck a few months back and the truck began responding poorly. The truck would constantly loose connection with the controller requiring both be turned on and off in order to complete a reset.This is frustrating beyond no end for a truck over 100$. I contacted customer service who assisted in diagnosing a probable cause of the ESC or controller which was defective... Possibly. They suggested I purchase new parts to see if it would remedy the problemThe fact that Litehawk wanted me to purchase new parts less than a year from purchase is absurd. Especially for a childrens toy.The CSR experience was horrible and the product is beyond disappointing.
