Bonjour Taxi

We're a family of 5 were going to Mexico. So, we had 2 suitcases and 4 carry-ons. So, we needed a minivan to fit in with all our luggage.On their website, I booked a week in advance a taxi to aeroport and back home on our arrival. I got a confirmation, but I still called them to make sure they will be online since the trip will be in the middle of major traffic. They assured that a taxi will be on time!So, the time came and we are waiting... 5-7 minutes... Nothing! I called them. They asked me do you need a taxi?! Oh well..Yes, of course! They told me that they will send one. The taxi came 35 minutes late.By the time, I got to aeroport I was already 1.5 hrs late.. Fortunately, we made it, but I had very bad experience with this reservation... I called them next day and gave them hard time about it. They assured me that a taxi will be waiting for me in aeroport, even if my flight will be delayed. Ok !...So, we landed tired, exhausted with connecting flight but on time... Guess what?! The taxi was waiting for us ? Of course, not! This time, I had enough and took first available cab to get home.Well, I will never use their service again, never! Definitely, Uber is way to go if you want reliable service at reasonable price!

Driver showed up 40 mins before our scheduled time and patiently waited. He didn't charge us for the extra time.I would appreciate it if their central office didn't waste their employees' time and scheduled rides with less wait time for the driver.

Never got email confirmation (yes I checked spam)Called at least 4 times to confirm. No one ever answers the phone. Leave a message after 5min wait. No one ever calls you back.Finaly get a call les then 15min when I ordered the cab to say they cant garantee he will be there on time.Just use UBER

Ordered taxi to airport, driver never showed up.Manager even lie to us that she had contacted the driver to make sure we won't missed the flight.But no one never call, so we had to drive ourselves to the airport and paid for parking for 3w

Ordered a taxi via email for Sunday morning to get to the airport.Driver showed up (apparently) 40mins earlier while I was literally in the apartment preparing the last stuff. He said he called, no one answered so he left.I replied 10’ later when I saw the call saying I’m ready if needed in advance (which was still 30’ before our scheduled drive!!).He said that he left cause many customers cancel their rides last minute so he thought I was doing the same.After explaining that I confirmed the booking both via email and on the calendar invite their company sent me, I asked is he still going to come back to when the drive was scheduled or not and he never replied back.We ended up calling Uber.Horrible service, Not recommended.

I had a terrible experience with them. I reserved a taxi for airport at 3AM. I asked their representative if it's guarantee that driver comes on time in the morning and they confirmed. I also got the confirmation Email but driver didn't show up at 3. I was waiting more than 30 mins. I tried to call their number but no one answered. I am really disappointed. I would never use their services again.

I gave them a chance this time instead of uber because I really need a mini van to go to airport and I saw their van at the airport all the time before. Booked with the online tool just got an weird calendar invitation and a confirmation email. I emailed them twice to confirm my booking but nobody ever replied. Tried calling many times but always directed to voice mail and nobody ever replied either. I even just went to their LaSalle office listed on the website and it is not even a real location, it is just an empty office room in a sketchy plaza. Sent them an email to cancel my reservation, even though I don't expect them to show up anyways, completely unreliable.

Scheduled a taxi online, it didn't show up. Phoned to ask about the status, the guy says there was no record of my scheduling, so I asked the guy to send one, he said it would take 40 mins.I saw a taxi drive by my corner so I flagged it down, called Bonjour Taxi to cancel the one I'd just scheduled, but he said he had no record of me scheduling it despite me calling not 10 minutes earlier.Mets-en!!

I tried booking in advance in the website for a flight 24 hours in advance. Nobody showed! I called after the taxi was 15 min late. No answer on dispatch at 8am. DO NOT rely on Bonjour for pickups. Especially if you are not right in the central areas in MTL. The only way to be sure is to flag one down on the street. TERRIBLE service. The only picture I can post is the empty street with no taxi in front of my house.

Extremely unreliable. I almost missed my flight twice because of their unreliability. I decided to give them a second chance but will now stop using this service. They don’t show up and it’s always me that has to chase them for an update. Very stressful to deal with before a flight. Never again.
