Greenhawk Equestrian Sport - Whitby
Customer service at this store is top notch - from the team on the floor all the way to store manager Christie. We recently had a trouble with a rare manufacturer defect on the boots and because it happened 4 months after purchase, it was a multi-step process to get the exchange approved. The communication and follow up from Christie through the process was amazing. Very pleased with the professionalism, patience and knowledge of the team at Greenhawk Whitby.

I have used greenhawk on and off for my horse supplies simple because they were close and was just easy, over the years I have had many negative experiences but after the new manager was hired it gone down hill very quickly. It’s not just this store that has horrible customer service but greenhawk in general, my last straw was buying a pair of chaps from them(which this store “fit to me”) which broke in less then three months and they basically told me because I bought the wrong size…. I will not be shopping at greenhawk anymore I will travel to other stores or order online.

Bad experience, took my dog here they didn't trim her nails as I requested and her nails were so long she had multiple scratches on her from it and her nail also broke and was bleeding. Very disappointed.

Greenhawk Whitby is great! I have shopped there several times for my daughter, and received fantastic service every time. Recently, she needed new riding boots. She tried on several pairs before she found the right ones. Staff were patient and kind. Service and quality do not disappoint!

Fantastic store! Not just for horses either! They have a great selection of dog clothing and treats. Everything in this store is top quality! Found a hidden gem..that’s for sure!! Customer service is great, no questions asked on returns. Definitely a keeper!

I love this store...the people are so friendly and helpful. I also love the smell of all the leather and the equestrian items. I also love the fact that it has partnered with Bark and Fitz they have amazing prices and a great selection.

Friendly staff always willing to help out. Great place for horse tack but also dog accessories. Greenhawk carries a good selection of Blundstones too! Their clothing selection is nice and riding quality gear last a long time. I suggest popping in even if you don't have any reason except to browse. You will probably come home with something!

The sales associate was helpful, could not locate what we were there for but she helped us find an alternative. A little pricey but that's what you get when your daughter has an expensive hobby/passion.
