My wife and I were in to upgrade our phones. Andy went out of his way to make sure he explained our options and got us a better deal on our plan than we had before. He went out of his way to ensure everything was transferred from our old phones to the new ones. He has great customer service skills

I have always gotten the best services here at wireless wave in the past. This last time when I needed to upgrade my father-in law Andy helped us a great deal. He was even so helpful as to explain everything nessary and keep my 1 yr old calm by giving him a balloon. It was a great experience and I am very thankful that Andy was the one that helped us. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My wife and I had previously went there to put two out of contract phones on a new plan with a different carrier. The gentleman working there, Andy found us a suitable plan and fully explained everything.This past weekend, we decided to purchase new phones. Once again, Andy gave us the same excellent service. He even took the time to transfer the data from both of our old phones to the new phones.I would go back again without any hesitation and I would recommend Andy in particular.Great job, great service. my husband and I went in to see Andy to switch phone companies. Andy was amazing, found us a cheaper phone plan with more data than we had, and got us the new iPhone 13 pro. He made sure we understood every step of the way, explain everything & answered every question we had. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Would recommend wireless wave New Glasgow & Andy to anyone looking to upgrade or switch phone companies.
