The price of washing machines is at least double sometimes triple of everyone's else's...total rip off..can you say price gouging

I bought a living room set. Sofa love seat and chair All were reclining. When they delivered they said the chair would delivered in 2 weeks. I kept calling and they would say net friday. It never came. When the delivery guys finaly came they brought an accent chair not what I bought. Paul should never have sold the set if it was not complete. He is not returning my calls.

PAUL KANDOLA is a scam artist!! We shopped at the Penticton Rooms to Go before he shut it down. He owns this location as well which is why I am posting here.My wife and I spent nearly $3000 on a new bedroom set and after they changed delivery dates twice, on the day they finally showed up, they were supposed to be there at 11am and didn't show up until 4pm! My wife was off the entire day of work because of this.Upon delivery one of the dressers was damaged and can't be fixed. This was August 23rd. We were promised a new dresser on September 7th at 2pm. Of course they never showed up and now PAUL KANDOLA will not take any calls or return messages. I have his cell phone but his voice mail is full. He will not return text messages either.The location here in Penticton is now empty.Paul also owns the Kondola's Furniture in Williams Lake so I have tried calling there. I was just hung up on by the manager saying he couldn't help me.When we bought we were told the store was moving to Vernon but there is nothing opened there either.I know we are not the only ones who were screwed by this guy.

Purchased some furniture. Really good service and quality. Also best price around in BC that I could find.

Not impressed. Purchased $4800 worth of things, out of everything purchased, 1 thing needed to be ordered. Was promised 1 week, it has now been almost 3 months. The thing that needed to come in was part of a set aswell.Upon delivery of what was in stock, the delivery guys made me do half the work, and what ever they did damaged our house, dented doors, almost holes in walls, scratches on railings and hardwood floors. Then they decided to hang around like they deserved a tip…. After we paid over $250 for delivery…Last time I called to see if our order came in I was told to just wait, almost like we weren’t worth their time… I would almost like a refund on the item that hasn’t come in yet but again, it was part of a set.STAY AWAY FROM KONDOLAS WILLIAMS LAKE!

Horrible service here. There was only one staff member working when we went, and he couldn't be bothered to put his movie on pause to see how we were doing. They also dont offer financing. Apparently their financing department quit on them. There was a large selection, but I didnt feel like climbing up and down the stairs just to ask some questions.

I only chose 1 star because there was no other option. Worst customer service EVER. I would only suggest you buy something there if you can walk out with it that day. There is no communication and nothing but excuse after excuse about furniture that never arrives. Would not suggest supporting this business.""

I just want to know when your going to fix the outside of your building. It's been a couple of years now when you removed a mural saying it was an eyesore. I'm getting tired of looking at your broken light . Your building is on the main street of our community. It's makes the drive through look like a backalley.

I've had very terrible customer service here over the years and have stopped shopping here some time ago. Recently the owners have made some changes and I am very disappointed that they have painted over the lovely mural that was in the wall facing KFC. It's been lost forever under a layer plain white paint.
