Very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Sean was a great help. I already knew that I wanted the Trek Farley 7, but he spent the time to go over the bike and answer any questions that I had. They then set up the bike to fit me and changed a few things I wanted, while I waited.I wish the bike shop wasn’t 2 1/2 hrs away from my home as they are far ahead of other shops that I visited. Keep up the good work. These times have shown us how important good service is to me as a consumer and this shop is tops.

The staff at Freewheel are all incredible!! I drive from out of town for the services, they are just that good. Special thanks to zekein the service department! My bike service went flawlessly and the bikes are in tip top shape and ready for the season. I really appreciate all your dedicated work.Highly recommend.Also! Although this is a street store in a downtown location, there is parking in the back for secure and easy loading and unloading!

Freewheel Cycle
I brought my E-bike into Free Wheel with the brakes squeaking and not working properly. The man assisting me brought it upstairs and closely inspected the bike and informed me that there were many loose bolts to go along with the brakes! Customer service was amazing and they finished the job in a couple of hours. My E-bike works perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend this place.

Freewheel is everything you want your local bike shop to be. Great selection of bikes and gear but their staff is where they really shine. All the staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and passionate about cycling. I always learn something when I go in to speak with them. Their repair and maintenance services are also great. They can often help you with simple repairs/maintenance on the spot and they offer lifetime free tune-ups on any bike you buy from them. They really contribute to the cycling community in Dundas as well hosting weekly group rides of different biking styles and other events. I'm so glad to have a shop like this in Dundas.

An amazing store with super friendly and knowledgeable staff that will do all they can to make your shopping pleasant, sensible and fast. They will sell you what you need and they will not try to up sale you for the thinks you don't. They just became my go to bike shop.

The service team always goes above and beyond with their care of bikes. They’ve squeezed my bike in for quick fixes on several occasions to get me back on the trails quickly. Most recently I was getting ready for my first spring ride and a noise made me uncertain to roll without having it scoped. Z quickly tightened some things up and had me confidently hitting hill laps to start off the spring.

I have bought 3 bikes from Freewheel. The sales people patiently describe all the features of the bikes. My first bike purchase took me three sessions before I made up my mind. Through the years the servicing of my bikes has always been excellent.
