FreshCo Hwy 2 & Kendalwood

My go-to grocery store, mostly because of the location/ proximity to home. Prices are fair. Produce is fresh. No butcher or bakery on site. My biggest pet peave here is that nobody ever helps you bag your items at checkout. I bought $200+ of groceries last week, and had to stand there beside the cashier, bagging it all by myself for several minutes after paying, as they continued to check out more customers - while I struggled to bag everything as fast as I could. Other people's grocery items would get mixed in with mine, as they were using the same conveyor belt. I feel like I was getting dirty looks for being in the way" for so long - even though I had just spent hundreds of dollars on many items there

I was very happy at first when I walked in to the Freshco, then I got what I needs came home. As soon when I presented the roti to my wife and daughter,they visually spotted the moads right away and I couldn't go back to return it the same day because I live in North York.This ruins my Saturday dinner, so we have to change dinner plan instead.How can a supermarket not checking their stock before put it up on the shelf......

First visit here and enjoyed it. Not the biggest store but it was laid out well and you could easy navigate thru the aisles . Decent looking fresh produce section. Their weekly sales are usually very competitive and good.

Nice big store! Prices are good and everything seems fresh. Reasonably priced.

Today I went in to the store and asked a very simple question regarding the dairy on a sale Item And I've been shopping here for 3 years and I have never been so disrespected in my life went to go ask employee that was near the department and he threw his hands up in the air and said I don't know what to tell you it's not our problem And I responded and said well how come it's on sale If you don't have it in stock and he gave me a disrespected attitude and Unprofessional circumstances on it as well for someone that's been shopping here for 3 years and being disrespected like that I hope the manager can consider talking to this employee or terminating him for the disrespected behavior and if hes still there I will be getting contact with head office and I do not want this employee at this grocery store very disrespected day I cannot believe This happened

I didn’t realized that the shop will close 8 PM on sundays, the door was half open as soon as I entered the guy who works there started screaming on me, didn’t retaliate just walked back to my car surprisingly he followed me all the way down to the parking lot, such a rude and disrespectful behaviour from a freshco staff he even made a comment like “Your kind of people never read the store timings” to me that’s totally profiling comment . Store owner if you read this review pull the cctv footage from May 28 2023 between 8-8 13 PM it’s worth to see your staff attitude

On May 20th, near closing time, my friend was coming out of the FreshCo and didn't buy anything. Suddenly a White cashier (Short and appearing to be in her 20s) with three customers in her line stepped out, stopped my friend and asked my friend to open his bag. My friend showed her his bag, and nothing was found. However, she did not apologize to him for her action or explain why she stopped my friend. This is ridiculous.I agree that you guys have a right to ask for this if anyone is suspicious, but she should have at least explained.

I love going here!! Everything so fresh and it’s empty whenever I go so it’s easier to just shop without the rush

Extremely popular store. Plenty to be had for any customers that enters. What I enjoy the most in Fresco is the fruit. How fresh the Oranges Bananas and grapes are there. The Customer service for an average type of grocery store is extremely good.They know where to find things for their customers when requested. The teller moment is a warm and friendly one. I never grow tired of Fresco because no matter what store I'm in the quality of service is always a high one.
