Super cool mini art spaces for rent. A solid community that's very active. There are some very talented artists here so if you hear about one of there events I would recommend you check it out.

My husband and I recently held our wedding here and are we ever happy with how the day turned out. Susan’s recommendations for vendors also helped make our wedding day even more memorable. The space allows your to really express yourself and help make the wedding your own. The venue at 100 Braid Street station is a real gem. I have been to several events there. The historic building has been memorable and added great character to support both the social gatherings and the technical presentations. The presence of the creative energy the in house artists bring is a bonus as well. If you are looking for a venue for a celebration, team building event or a seminar in New Westminster or the Tri-City you should definitely check into it.

Good art teacher, beautiful venue & accessible location. Wine pours were 3-4oz per glass from a box of Peller Estates :( food was a few plates of veggies and dip.Also they are very stingy with the paper plates/paint.

I was here for a fabulous Indigenous art show, which was amazing. They had Mr Bannock and loads of super talented artists showing their amazing work. Parking is limited in the front but there is parking in the back.

It was my first time doing a paint night. The studio staff were welcoming, helpful, and fun! It was a great evening!

We held our surprise wedding at 100 Braid St Art Studios & Gallery. It was perfect! Susan, the owner of 100 Braid St is an absolute delight and made our wedding planning so easy. She went above simply renting us the space. She helped us find a wonderful caterer, showed us examples of previous weddings and told us about sales going on at wine and liquor stores for our open bar. Any time we needed her assistance she was there to help. Our wedding was a surprise, meaning that our 90+ guests thought they were coming to our engagement party but surprise, it was our wedding! The surprise aspect was taken seriously by Susan, even when one of our guests called about the event the wedding was kept under wraps. The studio itself is stunning! The contrast of the dark wood floors with the white walls is beautiful. There’s plenty of bright natural light during the day, and the warm lighting from the hanging string lights creates a perfectly romantic evening. We genuinely feel that our wedding would not have been the same had we held it at any other location. We’re truly grateful for Susan and 100 Braid St. Thank you!

100 Braid Street is the bomb. The space has great character, has everything you need to host events and the owner gives top notch service. If you are looking for a place to host an event, have a team building event or just want buy some great local art, you must go to 100 Braid.
