Guardian Inspection Svc
My daughter bought a home and our realtor call Guardian to inspect the wood stove. They came and inspected and reported it need a screw on the wall plate and metal collar around the soffit outside and that it would cost $200. As this was required to insure the home she continued to follow up calling 4 times. They finally came out October 1st and when they arrived said it would be $350. After doing the job, they charged her $500. We tried to rectify by discussing this with ownership but just got excuses and them blaming us. Don’t count on any commitments and ensure you have a written quote to prevent getting scammed.
