Have now had 3 appointments booked (2 phone and 1 video appt) and not one ever happened, or even a call to explain why. The most unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with. They have absolutely no professionalism or care for the patients they seem to deal with. Had tests done 2 weeks ago.....apparently wasted my time since I doubt I will ever hear from them.

Dr. Nelson was amazing. This is the 2nd time I’ve seen her. She’s kind, caring, patient, and thorough. She took the time to sit down with me and listen. She asked open-ended questions. Most important of all, she does an excellent job of translating medical tests and terminology into a “bottom line” message that I can understand every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Allowed my father to die without any treatment of his lung cancer. Never took any responsibility. Dr said he did not have cancer but COPD. and pnemonia. Only kept giving him puffers and antibiotics. Over 6 ER visits. After 10 months of coming here he was diagnosed in the ER finally with stage 4 lung cancer. Said he had it for a very very long time. He died less than 2 days after his diagnosis. Canadian healthcare here SUCKS!

I have been with Dr.Grossman over 18 years.In all this years I experienced Professional, Kind, Friendly,Carrying Doctor.This days,It is rear to find a Doctor like Him .For The staff that works with in his Clinic, I have only Good experience, always booking done on time, always a week ahead ,I have received reminding appointment confirmation phone call.Highly recommended for people on need .

Horrible wait time. They are not transparent with how long it will take. I came 10 minutes before hand and was still waiting 35 minutes later without even starting the preparation process. If you end up getting this place then cancel and request your doctor refer you somewhere else.
