Just had a new Marquis fireplace installed. If you purchase this unit, definitely spend the extra for the reflective panels. They are amazing. The installers were 2 of the nicest workers we have had in our home. The sales staff are more knowledgeable than many contractors. Will definitely recommend others to this store.Thanks for a great product.

I have had a hot water on demand, bedroom fireplace, space heater and dual zone heat pump/ AC unit installed. Jim and all those involved with theinstall have been professional, courteous, and have involved us with every decision along the way. We even planned a reno which required hw on demand and fireplace to be removed and reinstalled and gas line reinstalled and has been completed to my 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning an upgrade on their home and their pricing is highly competitive.

I'm so impressed by the service we received from Original Flame. We had a line run from our propane tanks to our BBQ by a different company when we moved in, but I never had it hooked up. I sent Original Flame a handful of photos of what I was trying to connect to via the contact form on their website. I got a call back less than 30 minutes later, and the person calling had already checked out the parts needed for the job. An installer came out with the parts today and got us all hooked up in just a few minutes. Super fast turn around time, great service, excellent communication throughout the whole process, and extremely reasonably pricing. I was very happy with the service we received here.

We were very pleased with the service and support from The Original Flame when we purchased our new Jotul Fireplace last fall. It fits perfectly into our home! Bought a Saber grill and Uni pizza oven - exceptional service. David and Michelle as well as their muscles, John, ensured I purchased products that met my needs. I can grill bacon without any fire on this Saber grill! I love my Uni pizza oven too!The real test of service came on a snow winter day - I hadn't used my grill in a few months and went to use it, covered in snow. A quick call and email, answered after hours even! helped me figure out the settings needed to prepare a wonderful family meal on a cold night.Perhaps you can buy things at a big box store but I'm sorry, the service and support will not be there! Especially on a cold winter day - they helped me get my fire burning and I remained the family hero!Thanks The Original Flame"!"

Incompetent.Would give zero score3 installation datesNot installed. Needed parts 2 x then 3rd install they figure out they can’t cut new hole in foundation which is what they knew was to be done. Yah the foundation never changed from the 2nd visitSo let’s proceed with part and new foundation hole. Told to call the concrete company myself. Did so And left many messages about dates to-move forward. No response. Stop in store. Told they don’t want to do work because I asked about grandfathering old venting. Guess what it’s called a question and why would I proceed with getting the part and contacting a concrete cutting company if I didn’t understand it can’t be done. Inquiring about renovation grandfathering of pre existing is actually a common question to ask a contractor.Also said they don’t want to install because I stated willing to pay labour but I want parts at your cost because of all the inconvenience, I was told that’s how we make money so will just double labour.Yah I don’t think so. You know when you make 3 visits and still not prepared to install this is your business error not mine. But you seem to think I should just be happy to pay your inflated parts prices and my time has no value.FYI to the company feel free to book a time to pick your part up. I will not be dropping it off as I will give you no more of our time.Warning. Don’t ask any questions to this company as they don’t actually understand what a question is and your time has no value to themGo elsewhere for a fireplace and install

Original Flame’s service was fantastic. I looked for a long time for someone to fix my Jotul fireplace, but had a hard time getting someone in to come in a timely fashion and actually fix the problem. Original Flame was able to work around my schedule, had great communication and fixed a problem that another company couldn’t. I so appreciated finally having my gas fireplace fixed!

Mischa and Eric were great. Professional, courteous and on time. Reasonably priced. Cleaned an older regency gas fireplace that had quite a bit of staining on the glass to near new condition. Got the old remote working. Also cleaned and serviced the Vermont castings free standing stove, and replaced and updated the remote. Couldn’t be happier. Excellent communication between the store, service crew, and customer. Thanks again.
