Worst customer service ever received.I walked in because I read many great reviews about this place. Turns out I was wrong, I brought my jacket and two pairs of shoes to fix and the owner overpriced all for me. I said I would think about it and come back. I also asked whether he can atleast work on my jacket today and handed me back the bag my jacket was in so aggressively and said he cant do it today. Shortly after I came back and told him thats okay if he can do all tomorrow. He literally used such an aggresive tone and told me he wont do it.

I've been calling and no response no voice mail, he changed his hrs and didn't bother letting anyone know. I told him last Saturday that I will come back to get my boots at the same time and it was before 11am he said ok. I went yesterday at the same time and it was closed!!!If I manage to retrieve my boots this is that last time in 20 years I will never come again!!! The quality of the work went from a 10 to a 1He said to me don't ware your boots too much... he was to fix and make my boots winter ready well they are not. Never going back!!!

I've been bringing my shoes here for a few years now, and I am always very pleased with the work done. I've had re-soling, re-lining of leather boots, heels redone, and toe protectors put onto everything from handmade Italian shoes to Ferragamo flats to Louboutin over-the-knee boots.Amazing work. I am happy every time. As for price, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! You may choke on the $25 fee to have a pair of shoes heeled, but it's a living wage, and his work is excellent.
