Their equipment regularly does not work. If you call, a clueless student may answer but you never get anyone who knows anything and they never fix a problem, just take your money. Go elsewhere. Very sorry to have used this absolutely horrible company. The worst.

Austin and Logan did a spectacular job with my permanent lighting installation. They were both very professional and took the time to walk me through the entire install process. I highly recommend GLO lighting from Nutri-Lawn.

Placed a service call with this company. They took my credit card number and said someone would be out the beginning of the next week. Then I get a call for my credit card number again as a number was transposed! I said that wasn't possible as the sales person read the number back to me. Then they never showed up cancelled 2 more time. I cancelled the service and have a cancellation number but they won't refund my money I am out $497.20 because they won't enter the refund! Now they don't answer the phone because they are too busy!I have tried for 2 days and still have not received my refund and neither has my credit card company.You seen to have your facts a little misplaced. I submitted in the request online and a gentleman called me back and was quite pleasant. The next day I received another call trying to set up the program again and asking for my credit card again. When I said I was concerned about what was happening he responded saying the numbers were transposed, so then I said I do not want the service. Then I got another call when I passed it to my husband.When you can spray across the street is doesn't make sense why you could cross the road and spray the next client.Again we are now Tuesday and I have a cancellation number but no refund confirmation number and still no records with my Mastercard!

I hired Nutri-lawn because of lawn damage done by an infestation of Japanese beetles last year. I bought the executive package and their service has been exceptional. The attendants have all provided superb service. Although they seeded I've continually re-seeded during the past 6 weeks to fill in gaps and watered lightly every day except for days that rained. The attendants left small bags of grass seed for this purpose. The damage was extensive but the transformation has been amazing. Follow their advice and your lawn will be great. Don

Great customer care, careless installation.Our experience with Nutrilawn has been a mixed bag. Their salespeople are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and their service after the install to fix problems has been superb. However, the installation itself was poorly executed.The team showed up on the rainiest day of the summer. It was really too wet to work but it had been a wet summer and they were behind on their schedule for the season so they forged ahead. They managed to get their tractor stuck in our back garden (see pictures) and it took hours of work to get it out. In the process our lawn was badly damaged, and so were several trees and gardens. The follow up team was great about this and although it took a few tries, they did remedy the various issues with the damaged trees, lawn and gardens without too much hassle.

As seniors and new users of Nutri-Lawn services we were a bit apprehensive about asking for a service call. We are however totally confident now that our system works as it should because of the patient excellent instructions we received from the technician Gerald. Thank you

Every spring I have a spring cleanup performed on my property. Nutrilawn calls & asks if I’m interested in their lawn program & I said I wasn’t sure & I would get in touch. Even though I was quite clear they went ahead & product is applied. Without my permission Nutrilawn applied fertilizer. Now they want $$$. I spoke to your company in 1 week with 3 different employees with the same message: I’ll let you know if I go ahead. So no $$ for your disrespectful behaviour.

I recently had GLO Lighting installed by Nitri-Lawn. I have never met such an amazing team. From Chris the gentleman who did the pricing, to the installers and Matthew who handled the admin. part, they were so professional, courteous and helpful.We were having problems using the App, user issue, not equipment problem. I sent a quick email asking Matthew for some help. Within a half hour, I had spoken with Jennifer and Chris who help sort out what we were doing wrong. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. 5*DArcy

I purchased Nutri Lush lawn program last spring, for my front and side yards. I did not service the back yard, since our property is quite large and we were in the midst of home renovation/yard work. We needed control or the weeds. Also purchased lime application, with good results. We were so impressed, we have decided to have the same program for all of the yard this year. We have also added premium seed application and aeration. We are happy with our lawn now.

I got the GLO lights installed by Chris and Jacob. Chris came out a few days before the installation and made sure the rail would be the right colour to match the house. They were great to work with, kept me informed about what was going on, were very professional and got the job done in no time. They took the time to show me how to use the app and play around with all the colour settings and templates. The lights look fantastic! I had a minor problem with one bulb, and they came back the next day and had it fixed. Since then everything's been smooth and our back yard looks amazing! Thanks Chris and Jacob!
