Good thing i check my receipt, they tried to charge us 20$ extra. We came back and gave us a refund, but they are rude and unapologetic. It feels lime they are blaming us.

Horrible, horrible customer service!My daughter and I were looking at lipsticks when the manager came over and asked us to not open any. I responded by saying “these ones were already opened and we did not open any” and she asked me to hand them to her to take them to the back. I said “sure no problem”. As I am handing them to her another employee walks up to us and says “don’t open them” and I was like we were just telling the MANAGER these were already opened. She proceeds to give my daughter and I, a dirty look and says “yeah sure” The manager just stood there and said absolutely nothing. I asked the employee what is that supposed to mean? Are you insinuating we were the ones who opened them?? Check the cameras if they didn’t believe us. Then another employee runs up and starts yelling at us. Again manager just stood there watching. And then I told that employee that this doesn’t concern her and we were already talking to the manager. Then another employee comes up and starts attacking us too. We had 3 employees confronting us all while the manager stood there in silence. She couldn’t even calm her own employees down and let them know that we were simple handing her the lipsticks that had been opened by other people. People were staring and it was embarrassing. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Worst customer service I experienced in shoppers. They try hard to not give your money back. Avoid this location.

what's wrong with the Beauty Boutique department? I used to shop at this location all the time. I've seen a few new faces recently, disturbingly every salesperson is lazy and helpless. I was in on 27 Dec to do an exchange, and the sales who were on shift were not willing to help at all, the given excuse was the mall is so busy

After a visit to the Sephora at CrossIron Mills, it was refreshing to actually be helped by someone who cared and genuinely made a difference.We went to the beauty counter and were helped by Mallory. She went above and beyond to help my mother choose a skin care routine that was just right, without trying to sell us other things. She was so kind with her words and was helpful in every way possible. She made a big difference in helping my mom choose something for her aging skin. We are definitely returning to this shoppers for other skincare needs. We didn’t purchase anything in the moment, but left with a sample to try so we could come back on a day we had more time.

One week prior to flu vaccination we made online reservation for high dose flu vaccine. When we arrived at a set time and a date they said that they've distributed vaccines in the morning for those who came as walk ins. They also said that don't care about online reservations and don't check who reserved it.I was not able to make them even to think that their approach is wrong and that reservations should be honored and only whatever is left should be given to walk ins.The reservation were for 2 senior people for 11.11.2022 at 3-00pm

Went to Shoppers at Cross Iron mills and met with Faryelle and Hark. They were friendly and polite. Faryelle very sweetly explained to me about certain beauty products and Hark patiently helped my teenage daughter into deciding a good perfume for her. Although my drive there is an hour, but we definitely want to visit the store again. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience!

Customer service of the cashiers are slow. Also I recently purchased a moleskin" for my foot.. may I miss read or thought it was $6.99.. but when I got home from work.. I looked at my receipt and was charged $13.99.. which I am coming back for a refund. Even as I made some small purchases and redeemed my lottery winnings.. I am disappointed with this supervisor. Instead of asking if I wanted more lottery tickets or cash... She just redeemed it without asking.. I find that rude. I been to other shoppers.. but I am not happy with the service here. Even my father just goes there for lotto redemption and he tells me... He waits long for a cashier to show up..."

Me and my daughter were at crossiron mills shoppers beauty department and we were really unsure of what combination of products to purchase to have the look we were looking for but luckily for us we were greated by a amazing young lady with a inviting smile who made us feel welcome and comfortable and spent time with us. Not only did Faryelle. I hope I spelled it correctly she was incredibly helpful and she has a very thorough knowledge when it comes to cosmetics and how to apply them. We would have just purchased a few basic products but because of Faryelle helping us we now actually have a amazing full makeup kit that we are so excited to start using. Faryelle is definitely a great asset to your company and very professional. I will definitely be telling all my family and friends to go visit faryelle. Thank you so much for helping me and my daughter.

December 31, 2022, I went to Shoppers Drug Mart beauty section to get perfumes. I asked the oriental girl to help us she just didn't care or wanted to help. One girl was busy with customers. So I went to Sephora and bought the 3 sets of Dior blooming bouquets. I missed out on optimum points, and the store lost a sale.
