This location is absolutely horrible. Aldo as a whole does not like to give refunds to their customers and require you to jump through hoops to receive your money back. I had to phone the company 3 times before being told to go into the location and receive my refund on debit as per what I purchased with. Upon entering the store - the manager (tall, dark, young girl with her nails always done long) tells me she will not provide the refund.. I showed her the emails I had received from Aldo. and she said she would not provide the refund to me as she didn’t know the story behind it. I told her I wasn’t leaving without my money - and I ended up getting my money! Only after demanding she call the Aldo customer service line herself to confirm that they had offered my refund … Will not return! These people act like this money is coming out of their pocket..

I was absolutely appalled by the way Amy the manager spoke to her young employee. Absolutely uncalled for and completely unprofessional. I will not be returning to this store and will be encouraging others to do the same. Someone needs to do something about the management at this location.

Very bad customer service. Nidhi (sales representative) is rude and unsupportive. Not giving enough information when customers are approaching.

Worst customer service. They won’t take the returns even if it’s not used. The store manager is too harsh. I don’t recommend anyone to buy your footwear from here.

I was many times in the store for a return paid with cash and every time they are telling me that they do not have cash???!!!!! It is been 2 weeks back and forth and they just don't want to give me my money back the way I paid. Very disappointed and very bad management. Be aware.

Would give 0 if I could. Walked in looking for a pair of shoes and asked the girl working at the front for a size. She acted as if I was a nuisance and looked extremely annoyed. As a former manager of Spring, this is not how you treat customers. Do better. :)

Love their bags and shoes. Their customer service is very warm and welcoming as well.

The manger at this store Amy is horrible and miserable ! Aldo should be ashamed they employ someone like this ! I will never shop here again!

Aldo staff fools people. Sell polished used products. While complaining staff was rude. I went to return the very next day and during initial two visits there staff said that theres a card refund error nd third time they said they cant take it back and suggested me to hide the scratch lines by polish.

staff is so rude, very pushy. The blonde and darker complexion employees were both even talking under their breath to eachother about how they doubt i’d even buy anything.also lied and told me deals are only in store. they were infact also online lol..needs new staff.
