I tried to use this business, twice, however they don't seem to be open during the hours posted on the doors or on their website. The word business" should be taken with a grain of salt. My advice

It’s the second time I bring a shirt come back dirty can some one explain me how is possible that no one can verified the products when they get it and I still got charged wooow I normally don’t make bad comment but this is was to much .Hopefully some one will make changes

It was good prior to the Covid lockdown (before March 2020) but went downhill when they reopened and brought in new staff. Poor communication and service, poor tailor skills, and no respect for the client. Looking for a new tailor/cleaner now

Cela fait 3 fois que je dois retourner mes vêtements mal nettoyés. Mes blouses ont, soit encore leurs spots de café ou tâches d'huile. Je vais y retourner pourqu'ils reprennent leur travail. Ensuite, je chance d'endroit, c'est assez!

Bon service. Mais attention, quelques fois le magasin ferme à 18h le mercredi et sur le net lheure de fermeture est 19h. ( mise à jour: depuis mon message ils ont corrigés l’information des heures d’ouvertures).
