I recently visited Walrus Pub & Beer Hall and had a great experience! I ordered a pasta dish and it was fantastic. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the sauce was flavorful and well-balanced. The portion size was generous and it was definitely filling.The atmosphere of the pub is lively and fun, and there are plenty of seating options to choose from. They have a great selection of beers on tap, which is perfect for beer lovers.The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered some great recommendations.Overall, I highly recommend Walrus Pub & Beer Hall for their delicious food and great atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a casual meal with friends or a night out with some drinks, this is definitely a great spot to check out. I will definitely be returning soon!

Delicious foodGreat selection of food as wellAmazing atmosphere. A Free pool table and a free ping pong are available to play. It can be played first comes first serve basisTried pizza, some appetizers, Espresso martini and whisky sour. Whiskey sour was not that good but Espresso martini was really good!We are not allowed to change the toppings or add any toppings to pizza. They are special recipes from chef. They are really good. I didn't need to change the toppings at all.Will visit againHighly recommended!

We stopped in before a Jays game on a Friday, and it was busy.We got a seat at the bar order a few drinks and a few appetizers.Everything was great. The bartender was a bit run off his feet but still tentative.

Walrus is an excellent pub!The location is easy to get to and perfect no matter what your purpose for being downtown. Close to the theaters, easy access to the stadiums, short walk to the waterfront.The food is also wonderful. They have a good variety of options without compromising on quality which means you can bring almost any group of people and be confident you will have an excellent meal.

We had our lunch in this place and the food was great!! Lovely servers as well. Interior design was on point. Ambiance added to the experience.I had steak frites. Go for ribeye. You can never go wrong with that. It comes with fries and salad! We also ordered peri peri chicken. Sauce, asparagus and potato that came with the chicken is good. I just find the chicken a little dry but overall, good dish. We also ordered margherita pizza. Basic of basics haha. It was good too.

The location of Walrus Pub is unbeatable in the financial district, but if you’re looking to be able to hear yourself and the people around you it’s a really poor choice. We asked for the music to be turned slightly down, but our waitress was unable to accommodate (which I understand was not her fault at all). I would not recommend this pub if you want to hang out with a group of friends, maybe one-on-one interactions are easier in such a loud place, but our larger party was left very frustrated. We had a reservation so there was no problem with seating, but my ears were left ringing. The food was alright, dessert was incredibly dry and disappointing. Please lower the music volume, as much as I love losing my hearing for a Friday night out, I would rather not.

Excellent prices for the location. Excellent selection, service was great.Only problem was how LOUD the music was. It's a very annoying trend I've observed in many bars nowadays, I presume to prevent customers from staying too long - and I'll only patronize places that avoid this hostile design. The ambiance is very much that of a traditional style beer hall, so blaring loud music isn't really what I'm there for; I would go to a nightclub for that. Please turn it down in the future to be considerate of patrons.

This is a fairly nice restaurant with several interesting items on their menu at reasonable prices. I was in a group of three people for lunch and we tried about seven dishes and four drinks. Overall, we didn't have anything to bicker about and there were a few dishes that we truly enjoyed, such as the tofu and the spare ribs. The service was above average and was attentive and helpful. The ambiance is relaxed and attracts a varied crowd. Given that it's located in the financial district, it appears to be a favorite of people working in the area. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars overall and not 5 is because I'm not necessarily dying to go back there but I do recommend it if you happen to be in the area and if youre willing to try a creative menu with some contemporary options..

I am strictly giving this 5 stars because I have never tasted a better wood fire pizza in my life. I ordered the prosciutto pizza without figs. It has the most excellent parmesan crust and their garlic dipping sauce is chefs kiss. My boyfriend ordered the Walrus burger and it tasted similar to McDonald’s, same with the fries, not complaining though. The vibe and energy is immaculate and regular well drinks (Rye & Coke) were priced around $9-$10. The seating was meh, weird locations for 2 people seating. Also the paying system was weird and not completely user friendly. You pay through a QR code on your phone but you must use Apple or Google pay. It charged my card AND my boyfriends card even after it said that it didn’t go through. Overall I understand why this place is so popular despite some discrepancies.
