Horrible... 930pm absolutely dead in here not busy whatsoever.... the 3 guys in the kitchen didn't even agnowledge me until i called to them. Apperantly don't accept coupons, I've used them here before I think they were just full of it. Tried to tell me they werent cooking burgers anymore but would do fries or chicken, later changed there mind after I asked why the guy infront of me (who was also angry) was served one. Food was absolute garbage. Rather eat at the gas station from now on...

Ordered chicken fingers and fries with root beer, the fries were bland, could have used some salt, the chicken fingers were great, and the root beer was not as cold as I would have liked.All in all, it is decent for on the road, but not ideal.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We waited 27 minutes for the staff to forget our order (the food was there, they just didn't look to pack it up) and only after we went up and asked did they see they could have packed it up. It was now stale and they still tried to pass it off to us. No thanks. We asked for a refund and they then tried to short change us by $5 despite having our receipt infront of them. Their excuse to everyone waiting in excess of 15-20 minutes is that they're short staffed. There were 3 of them working and most orders were taken by kiosk so the person in the front had ample opportunity to be better organized and on top of the orders in que. They were unorganized and have zero customer service or care, that's their problem. We weren't even given an apology, even after they tried to short change our return. They also messed up basic orders from the people before us. For an onroute especially, this unacceptable.

This location is without a doubt a complete disgrace to the A&W name. I have enjoyed A&W for many years and I could never imagine how you can mess up fast food this badly. The burger was very poorly made and if it didn’t have an A&W wrapper around it, I would have never guessed it was their burger. The onion rings were big pieces of onion completely separated from the fried skin. On top of this, their entire soft drink system was down, with lemonade being the only exception. They didn’t bother making this obvious until I got to the point of choosing a drink and still charged me the premium for the lemonade. Thanks for the heads up! The card machine clearly had the amex symbol yet they told me amex is not accepted. I don’t think they could have made this a worse customer experience. I would strongly suggest A&W upper management to take a close look at this location and evaluate if they’re living up to the A&W name.

Very disappointed. Ordered two burgers with bacon and cheese and 2 soft drinks. The order took extremely long and once delivered one of the beverages was incorrect, they did correct when we mentioned it. Both burgers did not have bacon and cheese. After we brought this to their attention, they were not willing to correct the problem. Sorry, but never will I visit again!

I went to the onRoute a&w (A&W 4207) and had the worst experience I've ever had at one. Just a heads up for everyone going; Because it's a franchise run by a separate owner; that owner instructed all his staff not to accept coupons.Issues were as follows:1. They wouldn't accept our $2 coupon from buying A&W cases.2. They wouldn't accept the paper coupon from the flyers that a&w sends out.The lady said that because they're a franchise, their owner had said he will not accept the coupons.That owners is making the franchise look really really bad.3. They had no onion rings4. They had no apple slices for kids meal.5. The A&W root beer was really off. They tried rese4ving it to us 3 times and it was always the same. It had almost no carbonation, it tasted water down; and it was quite obviously warm. Its supposed to be servee cold because theres no ice. Was so weird. And after 3 tries, they issued a refund for the drinks only; and the manager said theres nothing wrong with it. Yet me and my wife both noticed it and we're regulars at a&w and my kid said it was gross.6. The granola bar in the kids meal was split open all the way down and had that white lightly dried out mold you see when things like that are left in the open too long.7. The kiosks were all broken, or not working.I'm curious if owners are allowed to refuse corporate-issued coupons like the ones recevied in the mail.The overall combination of all these issues was really unreal; and just horrible.Most the staff were decent enough, just doing their job; but the manager was really rude to staff and customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They've offloaded ordering to two touchscreens runnning the cheapest processors, the payment terminal will fail contactless payments, some customers figured unplugging and plugging the thing back in helped. The staff are all absent, it takes 3 people to figure out how to reprint a receipt. The drink person is on top of it but it leaves a pile of drinks waiting for food. The screen that displays the order numbers never updates so there's a crowd around the counter.Don't bother with this place.If you're management, get your ship in order.

Just went in ordered 2 chubby chicken burgers and two habinaro burgers , when got the order I wasn’t able to figure out which burger was which on checking out I found they didn’t even bother to put habenaro sauce on the bun like what’s the use of paying extra for it is gonna be same as chubby don’t recommend to anyone plus I would like to add I felt a bit racist vibes from the lady taking my order as she was very rude . A front line worker called Bella was extremely rude. She was reluctant to accept our coupon without even trying. When trying to ask for a different drink other than root beer, she said it wasn't an option for us because it was what the coupon said. That is an issue I had never had to deal with before at other A&W restaurantd. She was quick to call me out for being rude when in fact her bad attitude and tone of voice was argumentative from the beginning of the interaction. Although the service was very poor, the food was still somewhat to standard.
