Pepper Palace

Was in the falls area and actually stumbled upon this store. My taste buds started to pull me in.Hot sauces and hot sauces wall to wall. I saw the Carolina Reaper bottle and asked if I could taste it. One has to sign a waiver to taste it! A big gimmick, I personally think. People who like hot spicy flavours know what to expect from a Ghost Peppers and Carolina Reaper. If one does not know, then don’t even think about trying it!To me it was all heat and no flavour. However I did pick two bottles - Ghost Pepper Salsa and a Southern Redneck sauce. Both of them are amazing and extremely hot and a full of flavour. Must buy if you are there and like something hot.The staff on duty was amazing and helpful. Every question we asked he knew what the products were and his recommendations.

Went in a few weeks ago to buy some hot sauces. Their customer service is amazing! Olive-Iya helped us out, she had tons of recommendations and she was so sweet and so kind! Would definitely go back if I'm in the area.

All of their private labels are here plus lots of samplings. Bottles are way overpriced but not if you are looking for the special flavour or unique gift for the hot and spicy lover on your list. Service was positive, passionate and informative on my visit.

I had an awesome experience at Pepper palace. I really like very hot sauces combined with flavor and spice and these two beauties did not disappoint. Both of them are extremely hot but very flavourful at the same time

Just left the pepper palace and was very impressed with the store set up and service! Hundreds of hot sauces are on hand and available to taste - I tried several and bought 5 (+1 free on your 6th). Below is the wrapping technique they use on packaging to perserve the glass bottles - very good idea. All in all I would definitely return! I hope to one day visit the Tennessee location and see the production process live!

An American Tourist Opinion:My wife and I have always dreamed of going into a Hot Sauce shop and getting a chance to try out all the sauces we have never seen or bumped into one. Today was the day we bumped into the place and it was an amazing experience! The staff member that day is an excellent example of an amazing service (His name was Thomas, if managers want to give him a raise.) He never stopped once, always moving and working hard.The sauces are extremely delicious and great and amazing flavors, we ended up buying Garlic Parm" which is super delicious and tasty

Absolutely love this store! A spice lovers dream. Super fun. Lots of cool, exciting flavors! You can go around and have samples and see what you prefer. Lots of different spice/heat levels. I got watermelon and blueberry bbq sauces and they are good. Something for every spice fan in here! Not boring. Good prices as well. Will definitely be back!

Really great store with just about anything and everything sauce related that you can think of. So many unique sauces and dry rub you can choose from, and their tasting table gives you all the flavours to try too. Only thing you can't taste are the dry spices. Prices are okay, on par with their Fallsview Casino Resort location prices, and they're much bigger here.

I love hot sauces, thankfully the time I went there they had a taste test out for people to try and I got to try a lot of sauces, even ones that are painful. They have a good range of sauces and dry ribs available. The only place to get your hot stuff from. Will return.

One of my favorite shops to look for hard to find hot sauce and try them out too. Ranging from mild to super hot, this place has them all. Love this place!
