The lady incharge, perhaps she is the owner, is a total cheat.She offers no online help.The photos on the sites are totally misleading.She has taken a house & created multiple rooms in that.The premium room" is an unfinished basement with a CURTAIN for a door. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website & nor on Google.She does not want to give bills for payments if made in cash.The so called "HB Homes" Isn't mentioned anywhere on the site... Very accommodating. We booked last minute, this was the only deal with affordable pricing and welcoming environment. Unfortunately we had to cancel last minute, they accommodated to our need and gave us a full refund. Very kind and understanding. Will book here again if ever in KW.
