Bill has the best Automotive repair shop in the Parksville/Qualicum area. An is the most Honest, trustworthy, straight talking mechanic I ever met. Being going to him for the last 20+ years and he has always treated me right.

They charged me $900+ for replacing just one coil on my Toyota RAV4. Besides, I used a scanner and therefore I already knew which coil needed to be replaced. Now I also know that it's actually only a 10 minute job! They charged me $580 for labour and $360 for parts!!!!!! Nothing but scammers! After such a disgusting experience with Parksville Car Clinic I have learnt how to replace coils on my own!

Bill and Ryan are absolutely amazing. My van broke down while visiting the island and they gave me the best service ever. Such kind guys, really helped me to learn more about cars. I highly recommend this garage. Great vibes, great price, amazing service.

Went late in the day just before closing. Leaving town the next morning so it was a bit of an emergency. Bill was busy and about to close. Instead he took a look at the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes with a nominal charge. What a guy! We are forever grateful Bill!

Bill, Andrew and staff came highly recommended from a fussy car person who had been using them for many years. I took my truck to Parksville car clinic to get a quote a couple weeks ago, being a single mom I needed the quote before I actually got any work done and I told them that. I let them know one of my computers was broken and my stereo was too, I dropped my car off in the morning to get a quote, and when I picked it up they charged me $400 for the quote. This is not normal and I was not aware they were going to charge me for not even fixing anything. I never asked them to put any hours into my truck, I asked for a simple quote and ended up getting charged $400 for it. (Nothing was even fixed!!) Not happy at all and won’t be going back. Do not recommend.
