Would give a 0 if possible, was told a 45 minute wait MAX. Ended up waiting just over 2 HOURS and nothing got done. When asked what they could do to make it up, nothing was offered but tire storage which is just their way of having you come to them for tire change and service. absolutely horrible service. The sales manager told me at the time of sale I would get 500 off with my company discount. They then reneged on that promise the day of the signing to say it’s only for NEW cars. Extremely overrated and deceitful business.

I needed a truck that could tow. I got a gently used 2017 Chevrolet Silverado True North edition. I’m so pleased with the quality, price, and performance of the vehicle but also it was a pleasure working with the friendly staff at Myers Orleans. No pressure, no nonsense and got top dollar for my trade-in. Highly recommend talking to Bill.

Waited to post this review to really be certain! All I can say is you WILL be taken care of here. I was searching for a vehicle for 2.5 months and landed here one afternoon. Test drove a Buick Encore and LOVED IT. Went back in to talk purchasing with Haley. She was very personable and professional showing me all the bells and whistles. Next was finance, usually I dread this part. Not this time, Asad was willing to help and made the deal even sweeter for me! Unfortunately a few days into having the car there was actually a noise that did need to be serviced. They took me in at the end of the day and even fixed my car right there for me! Was an easy and stress free buying experience. Came to look at a new pickup truck and easily found one that fit my needs. Sat down with Bill to look at final pricing, mulled it over for a couple days and finally pulled the trigger. Paper work was a little more complicated than I was use to so we set the pick up date to a week later. Everything got finalized within a day and a half, after which I tried to push the date up by three days.
