STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!THEY'RE THIEVES! Not to mention how rude the customer service is. They just hang up on you if you ask for a refund or decent service!They NEVER delivered my package which was a birthday present and they RUINED MY SURPRISE. After FOUR HOURS of arguing, they said they're refunding my money. 10 days later, nothing. I called again, their manager said they can either RESEND the package (10 days after the birthday) OR they can give me gift card. I told them I already had a terrible experience with them and don't wanna deal with them anymore, just give me my money, I've never got anything!Not only they ruined my surprise for my friend, and wasted my time, they lied to me, too.It was a $150 package. I'm a student and every cent matters to me. I work hard for my money. I am filing a court report. They think they can get away with just taking people's money and not giving them the product. This is modern stealing.

Don't buy flower from them. They had the worst customer service. They don't care if it's a big event. They won't do anything for you. I asked to change the address because their system has put my Bill address to deliver address, with I know I did put my mom's address. Well, I call the customer ligne service, they don't care. They told me that I have to pay again $90. And too bad, if my mom didn't receive her gift on her birthday. That's my only way to show her my love because I lived 4.5 hours and have busy work. Maybe they are a big company and have a lot of choices, but seriously, I choose them for that. I regretted it. Next time, I would go for a local shop, because they care about the presentation of the flower and want to offer us the best experience and memory. Because, why would we buy flower if is not to create memory?

On a commandé plusieurs articles pour le st-Valentin. Cependant, deux des 5 articles ne sont pas livrés. On a appelé plusieurs fois et envoyé le courriel pour avoir le suivi et demander si on pourrait faire le remboursement pour les articles perdus. On n’a jamais eu de retour. De plus, les articles ont été livrés en retard, et on a eu le mauvais st-Valentin.

Ma commande de 100$ n'a jamais été livrée et impossible de joindre l'entreprise à ce sujet. J'ouvre un litige avec l'Office de Protection du Consommateur.

Horrible experience, rien avoir ce que j'ai commandé et ce que j'ai recu. J'ai essayé de contacter à plusieurs reprises le service à la clientèle sans succès. N'achète pas si vous ne voulez pas avoir une mauvaise expérience...
