Took a month to deliver the vehicle even though it was supposed to be 2 weeks at the time of quoting the service. The call center was less than useful. I had to keep renting cars in the mean time while I waited for it to be delivered. The team seemed to have no sense of urgency and no updates were provided (even though they were promised) and I was supremely disappointed.

Amazing service, way better one can expect. I shipped my Toyota Corolla from Edmonton to Montreal and received the car in 2 weeks in the same condition as when I dropped it at the terminal, no extra scratch. The whole procedure starting from placing the order, making payment, dropping the car and up until getting the car at the place of destination was super easy, clear and straightforward. Most importantly, you get reply to any of your questions if not right away, the latest - the next morning. They keep you updated with the location of the car. Can't express how satisfied I am with the service this company provides. I think, it is worth the price, even though I don't think it is expensive.

Outstanding and impeccable. I shipped my Car from Calgary to Montreal. They provide step by step tracking, which leaves you relieved about your car’s location. Equally, customer service is top notch, they will reply within moments to any email or phone call, with very good service. The car arrived in excellent condition, exactly like it was shipped. The company encourages you to take photos prior to shipping to reassure it arrives in the same condition. They also have insurance.Overall Excellent!!

I've used them for our company vehicles transportation from Fort McMurray to Vancouver and to Calgary and was an extremely easy process with MVS Canada! A few quick emails back and forth with Christina were prompt, simple and were given easy instructions for drop offs and pick up. Reasonably priced and fast transportation. I had these two vehicle shipped right before Christmas week and was told it may not arrive till first week of January but to my surprise they came quicker than expected. When I called to set up pickup, they were professional and worked around my schedule which was great. They even started the truck and cleared the snow off which was awesome! We are now in the process of shipping a third vehicle with them and would highly recommend them for the transportation of your vehicle.

Impeccable service. I was very concerned about having my 2008 corvette z06 transported from Alberta to Montreal, contacted a few companies I felt more comfortable dealing with nick who was very professional & helpful & suggested I should only have it done in an enclosed trailer due to it being very low. Even though it’s more expensive than the open trailer it was worth the extra money to have a piece of mind.My car was picked up within 24hrs of placing the order & delivered to me in 10 days.The driver was very nice and very careful at loading and unloading the car.Couldn’t have been more happier with the overall transaction.

Our experience with MVS Canada has been a very positive one; our son enrolled in a University in Alberta and we needed his vehicle shipped from Moncton, N.B. to Calgary, Alberta. MVS took the worry out of getting the vehicle there safely and on time. The vehicle arrived in great shape. When the time comes that we need the vehicle shipped back to New Brunswick we will certainly contact MVS Canada again.John

I recommend that anyone who is looking to transport their car from province to province in Canada, they do so through MVS Canada Logistics. Recently, I needed to be in London to start a new job and MVS did an awesome job in arranging my vehicle’s transportation, and with a great price. MVS also maintained me informed of the status of my vehicle during the shipping process. As a result, I was able to obtain my car a week after I arrived in Ontario, minimizing my car rental fees, for which I only had a week’s allowance. BEWARE: Unacceptable ServiceIt's been a horrible experience with MVS. You will see glowing reviews but that's far from what we experienced. In their website they have an average shipping time of 22 and we were quoted 18 days. We decided to get their service because of their quote as it is better than what was shown on their website.It is now the 27th day and our car is still not delivered. This is the worst service we have experienced in Canada. Never getting nor recommending their service ever. We reached out to their customer service team and we are only getting generic delay excuses. We feel like there is a 2 tier customer service in their company as you see glowing reviews but there are also horrible experiences just like what we are experiencing.We've racked up over a thousand in car rental expenses because of their delays. Complete horror story. DO NOT BELIEVE the reviews. Beware of this company.

Purchased a car from Alberta and had it shipped to Quebec. It arrived within two weeks without a scratch. I chose the enclosed trailer option and it was not much more in cost than competing companies that was quoted with an open trailer. Fair prices and great communication from the drivers. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you Nick and both drivers for taking care of my vehicle delivery!

I was looking to get my car shipped from BC to Montreal and since I never had done this before, I tried to research as much as I could. I based my decision on reviews and interactions I had with the various transport providers.I did chose MVS and am so glad I did, mainly because their staff was super responsive, knowledgeable and very friendly (I dealt with Nick).I opted for the covered transport which was more expensive but what an amazing service. The car had been protected by MVS with plastic sheet inside and outside the car. The drivers drove professional equipment made for high end cars and after a long trip my car arrived super clean and had no issues.The tracking kept me informed but could be improved since it is only updated every few days or so. However the MVS crew was super responsive and helpful each time I contacted them to get an update.I hope this review will help anyone being in a similar situation I was in - which is not knowing what transport service to choose; shipping your car is nerve wrecking and not cheap. I highly recommend MVS based on my experience.
