More expensive than the laundromat three blocks away, at no benefit. Machines eat change but staff are insipid, don't return it. Space is less clean than alternative.

I've been there twice. The first time was ok. They are a little bit pricier than other places, but they have big machines, which is nice. HOWEVER, the second time i went there, 2 of the machines ate my change and they kept getting an error message every 5 minutes. There is no staff there, so I waited 3 hours (until closing time when the staff came to clean) to tell them about the broken machine and to get my money back. They promised to talk to the management and the management would call me to give me back my money. No call or contact from them since then.....
