Can’t say but great things about this resort. We’ve been here for the second year with family and friends during Spring Break. The installations are pristine and the organization smooth. They reorganized the check in method, making it much faster. We liked that they eliminated reservations for the Chalet restaurant and added live music shows during the evening. The views are amazing from there. That said, here are some critiques.Kids have a blast, though we all wished there were more organized activities for teens at night. There are kids roaming and screaming without supervisions on the 3rd/4th floors of the B and C buildings. Beware of rooms on those floors! Club should have someone up there checking during those evening hours. Some of the ski lessons offered are randomly crowded during the morning hours so teachers hardly offer any personal advice.Fondue experience absolutely not good and not worth the extra 45$. Fondue itself didn’t taste like real fondue, soupe tasted weird, didn’t like addition of shrimp (???) and salad was poor and salty.Food was superb in 2022. In 2023 most of it was. Hopefully it stays that way!

I don't normally write reviews but I couldn't pass up this opportunity. The ski instructors were fantastic. They very supportive, informative and patient. In three days, I went from the basic greens to riding on the blues in no time, mind you I have 20 years of snowboarding experience but they were there to teach me all the necessary ski skills that led me to riding comfortably on the moguls. Riding next to the St. Lawrence River was breath taking, especially when the ships passed by, in addition to the views from the hotel were just absolutely spectacular. The food was flavourful and fresh with great visual presentation. The daycare and staff were kind and friendly towards my children 4- and 2 year old. My kids were happy at the end of every day, looking forward to going back the next day. I couldn't have asked for a better relaxing escape away from home.

Super luxurious. We stayed in the largest suite with our baby in a separate room. The service was impeccable. I wish i had stayed more than 2 days. This place is a haven for this who enjoy hiking, yoga, and other fitness activities / sports in general.

I stayed here in February on a ski trip. The ski hill is great and has trails appropriate for a variety of skill levels. This was my first all inclusive ski vacation and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The food was great, the pool was great, the child care was great, the ski lockers" (which allowed you to store skis so you didn't have to drag it back to your room) was great.A few things that could have been done better:- The outdoor hot tub is too small for the size of the resort and it would be nice if they had an outdoor heated pool for children.- I had an adjoining room with the kids in one side and my wife and I in the other and the adjoining doors were poorly designed. They locked automatically when closed so you couldn't travel from one side to another. It made it a bit difficult to check in on the kids.-The lessons sometimes had groups that were too large for adequate instruction.-The ski hill has a very odd closing policy that resulted in me having to ride the gondola down to the hotel one day. The lift closed at 3:15 and the slopes closed at 3:30 sharp. After 3:30

Really disappointing after all the hype. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone after my stay this weekend.I was only here for a quick overnight family stay (Saturday night) at a supposedly top notch all-inclusive. There were very few staff and those that did appear did not seem to want to smile. The answer to most questions about one's stay is look at the app"

Let's face it. Most people staying here are covid transfer travellers. I booked club med Cancun in 2019, but then things changed. A 2019 week long stay (with airfare) is now the same price as a five day stay in Charlevoix. We are currently here and trying to make the best of it. The food is great and the alcohol is not watered down. They have Carlsberg, Blanche De Chambly and something else on tap. Plus, the bartenders can pretty much make anything you want. If you are here because your original plans didn't work out, just roll with it..

This was our first Club Med holiday and we loved it. The hotel is high-end with great food. The ski lessons are excellent, especially for kids. The ski in/ski out, plus the lockers made everything super simple. There are loads of great runs and they never feel crowded. This is the perfect place to bring a family to ski.

A Memorable Stay at Club Med Charlevoix with Some Opportunities for ImprovementI recently had a wonderful stay at Club Med Charlevoix with my daughter. Our room offered a stunning view of the Saint Lawrence River, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The buffet provided a good variety of dishes, and the gym was well-equipped for workouts. The range of activities offered was impressive. However, there are some areas that could be improved. Firstly, there was a lack of clarity regarding the presence of 10-year-old children in the adult section at the buffet, leading to inconvenience for adults who had to find alternative seating due to uncleaned tables or occupied seats. Clearer rules should be established to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.Safety concerns arose from unsupervised children running in the theater, that could result in an accident. Measures should be taken to prevent such incidents and create a safer environment. In the gym, I noticed children between the ages of 7 and 12 using equipment and running around in the cycling room, which disrupted the workout experience for adults. Setting clear age restrictions for certain areas would promote safety and allow adults to exercise without distractions.Furthermore, some scheduled activities, such as spinning classes, were not properly executed or even canceled. Ensuring the accurate execution of planned programs would enhance guest satisfaction.Lastly, it was surprising to witness parents consuming excessive amounts of alcohol with their children present, particularly late in the evening. Encouraging responsible alcohol consumption in the presence of children would create a more suitable atmosphere. To address these issues, Club Med Charlevoix should review and refine their policies. Clearer guidelines should be established for age-specific areas, and the program should be adjusted to encourage earlier bedtimes for parents, promoting a more peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, having a supervisor at the buffet and adjusting its opening hours would improve the dining experience. Considering a separate discotheque for guests aged 16 and above starting at 10 PM would also be more suitable. In conclusion, my stay at Club Med Charlevoix was memorable, with stunning views, friendly staff, and great facilities. However, improvements in these areas would elevate the overall guest experience. I hope the management takes these suggestions into consideration to make future stays even more enjoyable.

Our family had a wonderful time there. They have various activities for adults and children. We had family fun time but also some time to spend on our own.I like the cozy design in public spaces and the food is impressive, different menu settings each day with buffet. Most of all, the staff are super nice and helpful.Keep on the good work and we look forward our next visit.

The resort was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful for anything we needed. The location weaver beautiful and peaceful. The food was spectacular. Love all the selections they had to offer and with the buffet format, was able to get as much of every item as we wanted. The rooms we clean and comfortable. The amenities offered were top notch and we really enjoyed our stay. It is a different feel from the traditional tropical setting but if you take advantage of everything they had to offer, you really get a lot from it. Will definitely look to visit again!
