I surprised my partner with a couple’s massage for his birthday. We had an amazing time and felt very welcomed as soon as we walked in. The massages were incredible and so relaxing. My partner told me afterwards it was the best massage he’s ever had.Tash was quick to reply via email with whatever questions I had, even my last minute request, she managed to squeeze in a pedicure for him as well.Thank you all so much! We will be back soon!

Incredible experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The entire facility was spotless, every single person made me feel immediately at home and like I was with family, the massage was on time and on top of feeling amazing, the masseuse was easily the friendliest I had ever had and felt like I had known her all my life. On top of this the entire operation felt like a well oiled machine. Compliments to all of the staff and the amazing people who manage them

I just came home from an incredible 3 hours spent with Sally. I have used the spa services here in the past, and they have always been wonderful, but today's experience with Sally was incredible. It felt like she knew exactly where and what I needed to calm my tired, achy muscles. She made me feel very relaxed and calm during the entire set of services. She was very knowledgeable with how to address my concerns with my face and exactly the amount of pressure to use during massage.Thank you so much Sally for your services today. I look forward to coming back to see you!

I got a manicure and facial and the staff was very friendly, but the quality of service is not worth the price.two of my nails came out streaky and you can see areas that the layers are uneven. I also left with my hair having a bunch of the mask from my facial stuck in it.

The ladies here are fantastic! I had a massage and facial and was completely pampered. I did find out later though that as a party of 6 we had booked all of us starting at 1, but some of our party had to wait an hour for their service. This was due to other clients being late, but our party was told a wait of a few minutes. It would have been nicer if they knew that the wait was going to be an hour and they could've gone back to our room and hung out there.

I booked a 60 minute aqua body treatment followed by a 90 minute massage for my aunt and I. Twenty minutes after we showed up for the reservation, we were told they made a mistake and could only do a 60 minute massage. Very disappointing after planning our whole day around getting this treatment and making arrangements for childcare to do so. We ended up cancelling the whole thing. :(

Amazing staff from the front desk to the gals in the back! Bonnie is amazing! All the girls do a fabulous service! It's a fun visit! Highly recommend the Cove Spa!

I booked in 10 ladies back in May for an August spa day, our numbers dwindled to 6 by August due to Covid. I worked with Tasha on booking the treatments and she did an amazing job given that the number of ladies and the treatments changed a few times. Juggling a bunch of ladies who all want spa treatments at the same time is not for the faint of heart! Her attitude and her commitment to customer service is a skill that doesn't come along everyday, well done Tasha. I would recommend this beautiful spa for anyone seeking a world class experience.

Most expensive and poorly done manicure I think I've had. Charging for removal, paint and shellac came to the same price as a set of gel nails it's ridiculous especially when they come out looking like this. The facial was nice but this place is certainly not as high-end and pricy as they'd like to think they are.Edit the last photo is from that same day when they are already chipping.
