Always helpful in the pharmacy. Very knowledgeable and they handle my fluctuating mental health very well. It is very much appreciated. Some days are particularly difficult on me, yet they seem to be able to see that and I appreciate it very much!

Sajad is still rude.I came a few years ago and left after rude treatment from Sajad.Recently I came back to see whether things had improved. They haven’t.The store is in a convenient location, but rudeness I don’t need.London Drugs is just around the corner.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to! Always patient and considerate! It is clean an comfortable. They also provide seats which are not common at others.

Worst pharmacy I have experienced. The main doctor, Sajad, forced us to pay for medication when we had insurance as, entering the insurance could take too long and he's extremely busy". I have seen pharmacists add insurance in 30 seconds and there was no one in the store and 1 car in the drive through.As a different review said

This pharmacy is the best EVER. They do see a high customer volume so they are ALWAYS very conscious of people's valuable time and consistently work to get lineups moved quickly and prescriptions done early. Both pharmacists are extremely knowledgable and being there are usually just the 2 of them, they are completely dedicated. If you want quick, reliable and personal service, every time, this is the place. I consistently see people thanking the pharmacists both by name proving they have developed customer relationships with many many people as they always respond or speak back to the customers by name as well. These guys have gone out of their way to help me multiple times - whether it was to better my understanding of my medications or to call me with reminders or even the store hours once when they knew I needed a prescription before close that day. These 2 genuinely care about their customers and their job's responsibilities and full spectrum of duties. Thank you Mohammed and Sajad for all you do, you are more appreciated than you know!!

Their drive through pharmacy is the smoothest running operation in BC. The personnel goes out of their way, even when process isn’t standard (e.g. requesting a refill on your behalf when your doc is not available). Never switching pharmacies.

I really can't say enough good things about this pharmacy at Rexall, Sajad and his staff are truly amazing, caring and go above and beyond for there customers! So many times they have blown me away with there compassion for people! Highly recommend the pharmacy at Rexall in West Kelowna!

Excellent customer service, great staff that care about you. Pharmacist once noticed a potential interaction between a prescribed medication from clinic and was able to discuss with doctor on revised medication. Been going to this pharmacy since it opened and the staff is top notch.
