I called ESI to inquire about a septic system inspection. Ben and Jessica were very professional and communication included on site phone call and follow up texts to confirm satisfaction, helpful suggestions, and my feedback as to how they could improve their service. Wow! Very convenient payment through emailed invoice and e-transfer. Dates were also confirmed through phone calls and service call (Ben) was on time, helpful and pleasant. Thank your for your time and helpful trouble shooting ideas. : )

Exact Septics is a great company, they are knowledgeable, professional and accomodating. They even recognize that homeowners sometimes get busy and forget to schedule the pumping. They contacted me when it was time to pump which was super appreciated. Highly recommended.

ESI replaced my Septic pump today. They responded quickly and dealt with all issues professionally. Access was awkward and involved lots of stairs. No complaints just hard work and results. Love it!!

We are very satisfied with the service we received. Upon seeking a quote, the service was prompt. The service was exceptional in the personal service. All communication such as emails and phone calls were promptly responded to and information was communicated with clarity. We appreciated how all the details were taken care of by ESI- permits, the electrician... The team of workers interacted respectfully. The grounds were left tidy.

A huge shout out to ESI for taking the time to fit us into the schedule last minute today! Our septic was completely full and the blockage was limiting our ability to flush the toilet. I contacted them and they had Ben to our home within hours and everything is back up and running great now.Ben is a very pleasant man and did an amazing job.
