My appointments at First Markham Rehab are always exceptional because of the care and attention provided by Dr. Tsang catered to my specific needs! It’s very clear that Dr. Tsang has taken the time to review my personal case to develop a plan of action that we’re both comfortable with executing. She is exceedingly kind and attentive which really comes through in her approach to my treatments. I’ve had a truly great experience thus far and have seen great improvements in my conditions.

I've been seeing Dr. Jess Tsang for a few months now and I cannot thank her enough for the outstanding service she provides. I've had injuries mostly around my lower back and without hesitation she identifies the issue and provides the best care I've ever received. She is extremely patient, empathic, understanding and genuinely cares for her patients. I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Tsang for all your chiropractic and rehabilitation needs. I've only seen Dr Victoria Ho 3 times for a pretty bad case of tendinitis. After just 2 sessions I have full movement in my thumb. Dr Ho is very knowledgeable and patient to explain everything to me. Everyone in this office is so friendly and makes you feel at home. I have started recommending Dr Ho to my friends and family.

I’ve been suffering from lower back and right leg pain for half year. Visited a few other clinics and worked with several healthcare professionals and specialists for treatment, but all ended up with no any improvements. I was glad my friend recommended me to come here and made an appointment with Dr. Jessica Tsang. Personally, Dr. Tsang is very patient, warm and friendly. Professionally, she is very knowledgeable, highly skilled, and passionate about her work. In each session, she took the time to listen to my pain descriptions. Then explained everything to me, told me what I should do and what I shouldn’t. So far, after 8 treatments, my back pain is entirely disappeared, only my right leg remains little pain. I’m able to stand straight and walking normally now. Highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Dr. Liu for 8 years. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work, continuously learning and keeping up-to-date with new information, developments, and technology in the field. He uses different treatments and modalities based on the injury and the patient's preferences. In addition, he genuinely cares about his patients' progress and to me that makes him an excellent Chiropractor.The clinic itself is very well maintained and managed. The staff are all wonderful and are a reflection of Dr. Liu. I started seeing Dr. Tsang last year and with her care, which is similarly aligned with Dr. Liu's level of care, my chronic injuries have improved drastically in such a short period of time.

I was a patient of Dr Liu before covid and went back again recently for a shoulder pain. He was able to pinpoint the exact pain location, which was hard for me to describe, and started with acupuncture followed by ultrasound to mobilize the shoulder. I felt immediately better by end of the session and hopefully will fully recover in a few sessions.Dr. Liu is an excellent doctor, experienced and very friendly and caring.

I’ve been going to this clinic for a number of months now to see Dr. Jessica Tsang and she’s been an absolutely amazing practitioner! She took the time to listen to my pain descriptions and really looked into the best way to help and treat me. I have had back pain for many years due to an injury and she’s been great in helping to maintain the pain. She doesn’t feel rushed during the session and even gives me exercises to do at the end of my session. Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Tsang not only for her patience and bubbly attitude but because you can tell she really cares for the well being of her patients.

I came to Dr. Tsang to get my left ankle checked out, initially had irritated my ankle during a run. I thought it was an ankle sprain, Dr. Tsang did a thorough assessment and confirmed that the ankle irritation was most likely due to a tendinitis issue.She quickly educated me on the topic and the way the injury might've happened and offered alternative treatment and modalities that can be effective for the tendinitis. She did some soft tissue, shockwave, electro-acupuncture, and ended the treatment off with some home care exercises.The treatment felt very thorough and complete, Dr. Tsang is also very friendly so the flow of the treatment was very smooth with no hiccups. I couldn't even feel the acupuncture needles being inserted or taken out! She's an excellent chiropractor, she does more than just an adjustment and takes the time to really educate you about the condition and goes above and beyond with the treatment. 10/10 services. I was introduced to this amazing clinic by a friend. what an incredible team! I had severe thumb & wrist issues, and it made working and doing daily tasks difficult. I initially saw Dr. Liu and was then referred to see lucy, an RMT and acupuncturist at the clinic.I am very grateful for Dr. Liu and Lucy. I received excellent treatments from the both of them, and have seen great improvement ever since!I highly recommend this clinic. they are all professional and experienced, and truly have the patient's best interest at heart!

Strongly Recommend. Service is amazing and Price is decent.Dr. Victoria Ho is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a long term shoulder and back pain for couple years. After her couple session of treatments, my pain is gone and I am able to sleep at night. She also taught me some stretching exercises if I feel my back and shoulder muscle tense up again, which is very helpful. The front desk staff is very friendly. Environment are very neat and clean.
