Repairs done after a rear-end accident. Very conveniently located with Rental car company on site. Excellent, friendly service. Vehicle repairs are perfect and the car was immaculately cleaned inside and out upon pickup! Would highly recommend.

Just picked up my car as they were repairing it after accident! They did a beautiful job! Beside doing the repairs outside they detailed the inside! It is cleaner than when I purchased new! I was so pleased and happy!

I have taken both my vehicles there a 2018 Audi A4 that got hit in a parking lot and just had a few little scratches on the bumper and a 2021 Toyota forerunner that had rust on the tailgate already with only 50,000 km well let me tell you they not only fixed to perfection both vehiclesBut they also detailed the cars inside to perfection. I am more than happy with the results both inside and outside, and I will not use any other auto body shop to do any work on any vehicles in the future. Also, a lifetime warranty on the work that they performed. What more could you ask for .... usually don't leave reviews unless I am 100% happy with the work or it was totally horrible and not near the expectations that I expected. Let me tell you this review is 100% positive and I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. I would just like to finish by saying thank you to all the management and staff of collision clinic you have a lifetime customer!!!

I have used the same garage when it was Garlands and Collision Clinic. The people who run this place from Reception, Estimating, to the people who do the repairs are friendly, experienced and professional. I would recommend this branch to everyone I know.

I would like to give a BIG shout out to the staff at Collision Clinic on torbay Road .Dave and the team were honest and great to deal with. During the last snow storm I slid into a snow bank when backing up. I took my car to a body shop that the dealer uses to get an estimate to get the back up sensor repositioned back in place I was told it would be $689.00 + tax. There was really no damage except the sensor was knocked out of place.The auto body guys said that I would have to replace the cover on the rear bumper. But if there was no damage to it then why? Can’t put it back got to replace it? He said no! I said Ok I will think about it. Then I remembered Collision Clinic- I had been in an accident a few years ago and I took my car there for repairs and was amazed at the service. So I went back for an estimate. They told me that they didn’t see the need to replace the bumper cover unless I didn’t like a little scape that you couldn’t see unless you really looked. They had it fixed in 20 mins and didn’t charge me ! I am so gratefully to them and would recommend if you have any work to get done on your vehicle to take it there.You won’t have to worry about getting ripped off!Thank - You! Dave and team .

Best customer service ever!The staff at the Torbay Road location were knowledgeable and friendly.My car was rear-ended and you would never know by looking at the quality of the repair.The work was done quickly and seamlessly. The staff even dealt with inquiries with the insurance company and car rental company.My car was spotless when I picked it up. Full detailing inside and outside.Well done!!

I am absolutely amazed by the service I received. The assistance with helping me when I brought my car in for an appraisal for repairs. When I picked up my vehicle this afternoon I was amazed at the detailing that was done inside and out. My car looked as if it came off the showroom floor.

Dear Collision Clinic,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received from your team. Recently, I was involved in a car accident and was recommended to your clinic by my previous experience in August 2013 (New ownership has taken over the business). When I met with your business team to inquire about getting a quote for repairs, I was immediately asked if I had made an appointment.I was taken aback by this question, as how was I supposed to know about an accident so I could make an appointment with your clinic beforehand? It felt like a completely insensitive and illogical question, and it left me feeling frustrated and unsupported during a stressful time.Furthermore, when I attempted to explain my situation and request more information, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. It seemed as though your staff was more concerned with adhering to their protocol than actually assisting me as a customer in need.Overall, my experience with your clinic has been extremely negative and I will be taking my business elsewhere.I will not be using this clinic for any future repairs and will be recommending my friends and family do the same.I hope that in the future, your team can prioritize empathy and understanding in their interactions with customers.Sincerely,Safi Faqiri

Collision clinic replaced the back end of my car after I was rear ended. They were fast, funny and wonderful to deal with. when I got my car back, it was washed, polished and completely cleaned inside! It felt like a brand new car. Overall such a wonderful experience
