Had a massage with Caleb today and it was so wonderful - relaxing and really got into the spots where I was feeling achy and sore. Caleb is a consummate professional who listens carefully to what you need and then delivers! The building is very nicely designed and although I was a tiny bit chilly at first, once on the table I didn't notice the temperature at all.

My massage therapist Adam is extremely courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable about key pressure points and differing therapeutic modalities in massage. Adam always goes above and beyond by making sure I am comfortable at my massage with his professional attitude, heated blankets, essential oils, soothing spa music, and warm towels. As someone who suffers with upper shoulder tension and back pain - Adam’s massage therapy has been extremely beneficial. I would definitely recommend Adam and Adica massage!

Caleb is excellent, adica is the massage clinic that I will go to. Always clean, quiet and peaceful, I will continue my monthly massage at Adica.

Went to Caleb with issues on my scapula/serratus area. Suddenly found myself doing 20 chin-ups/day to almost completely off loading due to pain. I told him my issue, he asked me what level of pressure I wanted and he did his thing. After an 40 minutes of deep tissue work, I left the clinic with some stiffness (as normal) and after 3-5 days my back was feeling good. Finally able to go through complete range of motion of pull ups and chin ups without pain.
