I booked the early bird adventure to see the sunrise at Moraine Lake, although the weather was bad, our tour guide, Mitch, was enthusiastic and lifted our spirits. Having a hot drink at Moraine Lake is definitely a nice touch. The stop at Trailhead Cafe is certainly a welcome sight. Overall, I enjoyed this tour and I would do so again.What I would like to suggest to Radventures is to have the Moraine Lake stop to be 2 - 2.5 hours rather than only an hour and a half since most people are really only interested in seeing the sunrise at Moraine Lake. This is evident by some passengers opting to leave at the Trailhead Cafe stop.

We had seven adults attend the Lake Louise/Lake Moraine tour and had a fantastic time. Our guide, Geo, was amazing and very knowledgeable. He pointed out something interesting during every part of our trek around Lake Louise and even the ride from Banff!Two party members got the offered lunches and were very pleased with the sandwich, fruit, and granola bar.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to take the guess work out of getting into the state parks and avoiding the chaos of parking!

My girlfriend and I booked the early bird sunrise tour at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise on June 21st and we had an absolute blast. Gio was out guide and he was outstanding from start to finish. He picked us up at the Banff train station just a little before 4AM and was polite, conversational and friendly (which is not easy to do at 4AM I'm sure). His knowledge of the area and both lakes was outstanding and he happily answered any questions we had. The cost of the tour was well justified. We arrived early at Moraine Lake and there was one other tour company there at the same time. It was quiet and felt like our own private spot. This was our first time visiting Alberta and definitely won't be out last. We will most definitely be booking another tour with Radventures next time we come back out west! Thanks Gio for everything today!

The Best of Banff tour was such a great experience! They picked/dropped us off in downtown Banff. We had a great amount of time at each lake, 1.5 - 2.5 hours! Our guide was great at telling us all of our options at each lake. Very friendly staff and well maintained van. Having a tour meant accessing Moriane Lake was so much easier than if we had to take a shuttle. Also, the picnic lunch they offered was a great add on.

Banff is so beautiful (but so crowded, especially when we went). It was great to get driven around and shown lake moraine lake Louise and back roads. Our guide Tess did a great job highlighting this expansive magnificent place. I speak in hyperbole because thats all you can use to describe this place.

Gio was our guide for 3 days. He made the experience amazing speaking about his knowledge of the parks and incorporating that with his own experiences. The shuttle rides were never quiet and he made the rides go by faster. You can tell he truly loves all of what the national parks have to offer and what he does. Gio’s vibe is off the charts. Definitely recommend him!!

This tour was awesome! We took the evening wildlife tour with Gio and had a blast! Gio was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great stories and cool facts to point out about the surrounding area as well as the wildlife. Despite the weather not being the best, we still saw sheep and elk which was really cool. I loved that our tour was in one of the 15 passenger vans as opposed to the large tour buses. It made for a very personal experience and we got to talk to Gio and ask him any questions that popped up. I highly recommend taking this tour especially with Gio! You will get to see wildlife as well as some really cool viewpoints.Edited to add second tour: We also decided to do the early morning Lake Louise and Moraine Lake tour. We had a great time and got to watch the sunrise from Moraine Lake! Tess was our guide and she was great! Very informative! Even though it was a very early morning, it was worth it to get to see the lakes in a different light!

Did the 4am trip from Banff to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise was great. Tess was a great driver with lots of interesting comments along the way . She was super friendly and really helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Well worth the money as less people that time of day at both lakes

We had an amazing experience! Our guide was Mitch and we went ice skating on Lake Louise and hiking through Johnston Canyon on the Best of Banff winter tour. He gave us a lot of interesting information about the mountains and the area. Would recommend to anyone going to Banff :)

I did the Best of Banff tour and had an excellent experience. Our guide Geo was highly knowledge and personable. He made the trip enjoyable. He was also sensitive to everyone's needs in the group. The office has excellent customer service if you have any questions prior to the trip. I recommend booking directly with them. The van was comfortable and clean. They have an option to purchase lunch as part of the package, which I took advantage of. The food was fresh. Tip: bring a refillable water bottle. They have water available throughout the trip but you'll need to fill your own bottle. Eco-friendly! And bring binoculars - I was sorry I forgot mine!
