I've tried many Tim Hortons and I'm not sure why but this one is too avoid and it's sadly the one closest to my place. I often do a detour to another location because of the many less than ideal experiences. For instance, I went there for a coffee once at the drive through. The coffee was cold and tasted like water. It happens though so I went another time at night. After waiting a few minutes at the drive through, I'm dusky told they are closed... (!?!) my latest experience recently was try their beyond meat burger. I asked that at the drive through and the staff looked somehow lost. They weren't sure how to make it. They've looked into the book and after 10 minutes and a lot of people behind me at the drive through, I paid 7$ (advertised at 5$ on TV which was weird, I should have raised a concern) and got no receipt. Again, I should have asked for one. At last, I got a sandwich in a bag and left. Upon my arrival at work, I opened it up to realize it wasn't a beyond meat burger but some sort of chicken patty with a bagel and bbq sauce. I sadly couldn't go back to fix this as I had no receipt and no time left... so I ate it. Now, I'm going elsewhere if I want Tim Horton's.

Less than stellar service. We waited at least 5 minutes before someone came to take out order while there were no other customers.

Great service and fast despite the long line and the bagels order came out exactly as I requested them.The lady was very friendly and was more than happy to accommodate our last minutes requests and changes!Will definitely go there again for a quick order of breakfast and coffee ;)Enjoy

Ordered a potato. Told me it would take 15 minutes. I had no issue and waiting. I moved up in my car, the guy comes out (wothout napkins) waving around my wrap that DID NOT have a potato in it.Was angry.

Terrible sandwich I ever seen , who makes them must be fired otherwise you'll lose business because of them. The picture explains all. Too bad for Tim Hortons.

Slowest tim I have ever been to. Staff are miserable and not customer service oriented. This review is in English however I did speak in French too them. Avoid it at all costs. Was here for 15 minutes for a large coffee.

Every weekend I pass by here for a coffee and have to wait 15-20 minz in line drive through. I don't know why they don't fix this problem - very frustrating and disappointing !
