Was recommended by a friend to come here and play pool while we visited Winnipeg and it was the best. I didn't get our waitresses name but as of Sept 16.2022 she said it was 4 day working and she was awesome! Always checked up on us while we played pool. She'd remember us as from my green crox that look like paws. But thanks to her. My friend will try to book some events there in future. Can't wait for next time I am come to Winnipeg to come back here.

The service is hit and miss. It can be painful watching your drinks and food sit waiting for the server to pick it up for 20 minutes.The rates are prices are inline with the neighborhood, the food is pretty good for bar food. The plater said nachos but its just tortilla chips a bit misleading. Service from the bartender was amazing and picked up the lack from the server. I miss the carpet not because it was nice but because it absorbed a lot of noise, they could use acoustic panels or dampening. Overall, it was a positive experience.

April 29th, 2023, celebrated a friend's birthday party. Had a great time. The place was clean and friendly atmosphere. Would use the location again for another get-together.

I wanted to try a new bar and I’m glad I came across this one. 5-7$ drinks and 10-15$ appetizers. I had a really good time with what they offer. The pool tables are FREE so it’s definitely worth going. They also offer slot machines. I really enjoyed the food and drinks. The staff were clearly working hard on a busy night.

Taco week take outWe ordered ahead and picked up these tacos.The tacos shells really fell apart.The shrimp and breaded avacado filling tasted great. Very savoury combination of flavors.

Among the best pool halls left in the city. They have a few bar boxes and a fleet of newer Diamond tables. The staff is accommodating and provide awesome service. The menu is pretty standard pub fare, but what I've had has been delicious. There's also a party room for private functions, and you can watch the game or plug some VLT's if you're not into shooting some pool.

This was our first time attending The Hangar. We had booked this venue for our holiday party. From the start it was quite disorganized, Our server was friendly but didn't seem to know what was booked. We were asked once about drinks and then not again. Unfortunately, drinks were slow to arrive and our server disappeared and never checked on us.We had to ask for water and then the pre-ordered appetizers never arrived. The meal though itself was yummy. The salads were fantastic. Sadly, our server never told us what kind of pizza there was. We had to guess. A few of the people found the sausage on the ice pizza too spicy. We were also supposed to have a tournament set up and ready to go for us at arrival but we did not unfortunately but that later was sorted..All and all it was a fun evening out.

We came here for my birthday the other evening to play pool, have some appetizers, a few drinks and watch the Jets game. The 9 ball platter is a plentiful option. Had a wonderful chocolate martini. Great drink menu and our waitress was very pleasant.

Service was not great but that was an individual staff. We left before staff shift changed so just taking a star off as the server serving our group kept forgetting things and took too much time to bring things asked for. Food was amazing, great quantity and taste. I had sweet potato fries which was the best so far in Winnipeg abd spinach dip with corn chips and pita chips. It was delicious as well. There's T.V., so great for watching games and music going with tons of pool tables. Rates for pool tables are by hour as well there's some that uses toonie per game.

Start with the crust - so light and airy. The perfect crisp when bitten into. I had theGarlic cream, caramelized onion, cheddar pierogies, the Jets dog (cut up) with bacon and a blend of cheddar and jack cheeses topped with a drizzle of sour cream, little dots of yellow mustard and green onion” verbatim from Chef.Crust. Blend of flavours was very good. Was a delicious pizza!Vote for The Hangar for Manitoba Pizza Week!
