The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fort McMurray.

The only thing I enjoy going there is the steam room & jacuzzi tub, after doing 6n1, a night off work just to relax.

The hotel was clean, the mattress was okay. Only down side I found was that there was no microwave in the room, when I asked, they said not all the rooms has microwaves. Overall it was an okay stay for me. Not sure I like the fact that there was no microwave.

The Pomeroy is a fantastic Hotel! I've stayed here a few times and have had great service. The breakfast is good too! Reason for the 4 stars, it's a firm coil mattress that isn't very comfortable. It creaks a lot when you move on it. The pillows and comforter almost make up for it.

Stayed here recently. Room didn't have hangers for clothes, towels or wash cloths for the kitchen. Had asked for the room to be serviced every other day. They never showed up.The steam room was out of service.The room that I had came with a full kitchen but no table or desk to sit at.

A pretty standard hotel. Sheets and facilities were clean. The gym was open 24/7 and they have a small hot tub. The only thing that I really had a gripe Bout was the size of the business centre. It was tiny basically a single desk and no power outlets. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Stayed here for a night while visiting for a job interview, the front desk girl name Sara was super friendly and helpful, the hotel itself, elevator, and the room was super clean and modern and it’s within walking distance to a lotOf things around.

I stayed here while attending a conference and would 100% recommend it. The hotel and rooms were clean, modern and spacious. There is also a free breakfast in the morning that was way better than you would expect. Good job!The staff were great, especially Pallavi at the front desk! I left something behind in my room and she was able to locate it for me, confirm it was mine, and get it shipped back to me at home. All within a few hours of calling! Thank you so much!

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if it had the only vacancy in town. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything anyone else is doing. Was no wifi during my stay and was not reimbursed anything. No privacy with a sliding door to the bathroom. The whole place is just filled with cheap stuff made to look nice. Shady area. Way overpriced for what you get. Just go somewhere else, you will thank me for it.
