I am utterly disappointed with the level of reliability and commitment demonstrated by this service provider. We had scheduled window and balcony washing, a crucial task, only to have them cancel right before the work was supposed to commence. This happened during the peak season when finding an alternative contractor was nearly impossible.The lack of reliability from this service provider left us in a lurch, with no one to complete the job as planned. It's truly frustrating to rely on a company that fails to honor their commitments and leaves their customers in such a predicament.I would strongly advise against using this service if you expect reliability and dependability. Their last-minute cancellation not only inconvenienced us but also highlighted their lack of professionalism. Look elsewhere for a service provider that values their customers and upholds their commitments, especially during crucial seasons.

We had a confirmed agreement with them from 3 months ago, but they cancelled on us just few weeks before they were supposed to start, right at the beginning of summer when it’s impossible to find another contractor.
