I've tried several gyms in Laval , but got to say Centre sportif Extrême Évolution is the place to be .The quality of the machines / equipment, the cleanliness and staff are only a few things that make this gym a great place . Santo , the owner takes pride in his gym , always willing to listen to clients feedback and pointers ; making sure everyone has a great training experience.

Best. Gym. I've. Ever. Been. To. Ever since I tried this gym, all other gyms feel wrong. This gym is so clean, the equipment is good, and the staff is very nice. Never crowded (apart from rush hours as expected). Love it !

Great equipments and pleasant atmosphere to workout, good age group, flexible hours to accommodate different work schedule. Obviously nice staffs to welcome you and keep the gym very clean. Qualified Personal Trainers!I highly recommend the gym!

I love this gym. From customer service to equipment. The classes are included and their yoga and zumba are the best. The receptions girls and guys are the best. I would recommend this gym to anyone I know.

Best gym ever , clean , great machines.Way better experience then World gym or Econofitness.I recommend it to everyone who's looking to have warm client care and peace of mind while training ( not over crowded)10/10

Small gym with enough equipment to cover the basics but the place is very clean and not overcrowded! The gym itself is not really apealing but for a decent workout it's okay, it definitely gets the job done.
