I have enjoyed tanning and spray tanning here for several years and do like the studio. The staff are always friendly and pleasant. My recent visits have been a bit disappointing though. The Maintenance of the beds lately, I view, as poor. I know they are coming out of the Pandemic shut down which would have hurt the business financially. But having poor maintenance of the primary equipment, the beds, is not good. One bed I was in this past week had a screw that was falling out/not secure. While that doesn’t effect the function of the bed, it looks bad. The bed I was in today had the notice for new bulbs up. These were in no way new bulbs, as I was in a premium bed and the special facial tanning had the central panel bulb flickering and going out. I advised the staff and they didn’t seem surprised, commenting that that must have been distracting. I do not blame the staff! It is not their job to ensure the beds are properly maintained that is management and owner neglect. It was the free tan weekend so I know the beds are in higher use. But since the bulb was off more than on I know I was not the first person this would have happened too, the bed should the been put out of order. I will happily change my rating if I see maintenance improvements during my next visits as I do like the studio and have had good experiences in the past.

I love this place! Easily the best salon in Calgary. Prices are very reasonable, staff are amazing, and the beds are great quality.Also, the salon and beds are always immaculate. Shout out to Waverley who has always been excellent!

I went in a week ago and received a pamphlet of their pricing and then went in today to purchase more minutes and they increased their pricing $20-$30+ per package. I was never informed the price would be going up, otherwise I would have bought minutes the day I was in. They then charge you 1.5x-2x per minute depending on the bed. I will not be going back to purchase minutes from them when you increase your prices that much. Very disappointed.

Amazing salon, very clean, good prices! The beds are stronger than other places I have been to and work way better! Erika always helps me out and is super sweet & knowledgable! Would highly recommend.

Nice place, very pleasant people at the desk, lots of beds so no waiting. You can get their products cheaper elsewhere but they have lots of different brands in house so it's convenient.

I am middle aged and not an expert on tanning salons by any means.I do however, appreciate great service and knowledgeable staff.With an upcoming vacation to Mexico, I decided that I would try to avoid a burn by pre-tanning.The staff answered my questions, did not make me feel like an idiot, and did not try to upsell me.They sold me a reasonable package that met my needs.I have been several times since.The place is always clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and I have never had to wait for a bed.I would confidently recommend them.

My very first experience here was a phone call I made re spray tans. The information was great and she was so very helpful. She answered all my questions and recommend I do a 2 for 49 spray and if I liked it I could do a unlimited spray which would save alot of money too.When I arrived. Plenty of parking. The salon was beautiful and very welcoming. The same lady I spoke to was on the front desk. She helped me with forms and got me in straight away.It's been 4 hours and I love my spray tan. Can not wait to go back for another in a few days

Horrible business practice. Moved away over Covid when they put people's memberships on hold, and now they refuse to cancel my membership unless I come in person which is literally not possible anymore. Have spoken many times over the phone and via email to not help from management or owners. Had my membership for 4 years now of which I have not gone for over 3 and still paid anyways. Don't use this company, go somewhere else.

Frustrating when they have only had one spray booth functioning for quite a while and I get turned away because they have 2 other people waiting and she doesn’t want to stay later. So I just wasted 40 minutes of my time driving here and back. Horrible way to treat a customer.
