The absolute best Tim Hortons I've been to in Ontario. Food is consistently great and the staff are cheerful and kind in the mornings.Only time I've had poor experiences is when management is on the floor, but that's understandable. People get nervous.Their bagels are the best I've ever had.

It's gone so downhill ever since they switched to temporary foreign workers. No customer service skills, constantly messing up orders, rude attitudes. My partner and I have decided to stop supporting this location after having multiple bad experiences with their new staff.

May 28, 2023I went yesterday for lunch.They were probably 15 behind the counter. I was very disappointed as some tables were DIRTY/ STICKY some chairs as well…NONE OF THEM TOOK FIVE MINUTE TO CLEAN. The bathroom was smelling and some toilets needed a good cleaning too…The “WARM” food i asked was “COLD” So i had to “ASK AGAIN” to get it “WARM”.The moka coffee was ok but good god…instead of having workers that seems to not know what to do why not sending them cleaning?——June 28,2023Good Lord what is going on with this Tim Hortons? 12 people behind the counter and none of them is able to make 1 wrap right!?I asked for a moka coffee with 3 creams but came at me with no cream at all so hot as hell, i asked for a bacon wrap and sausage but came at me with no bacon…Ouch!Cmon everyone! Get your 12 workers sync!!

Tim Horton s make some tasty donuts. Service pretty good given its a busy location. Clean facilities and helpful staff.

Chunks of sour milk and when I poured the coffee in a glass cup my paper cup had old crud stuck to the bottom and patches of debris throughout.One star is for the weekend staff who served coffee in a dirty cup.The weekday staff that's been there for over 10 years is amazing.Lesson learned. Don't go on weekends

Convenient location, restrooms avaliable, all the things I need when on a long drive. Was super impressed by their selection of timbits, usually only 3 or 4 flavors avaliable at most locations- and they had 6 to choose from for my assortment! If you plan to park and go in, be cautious exiting the lot as the drive thru exit is very close to the exit for the main lot (and hard to see if someone is about to exit).

Would rate 0 if I could first of all no-one spoke a lick of English nor could read it off screen, I had to wait 10 minutes after ordering one coffee. And when it was made they tried giving it to the wrong person, then when I told them it was mine they argued with me and obviously spoke about me in another language. Do not go there.

No Chipotle Steak was available, so I asked what soups were available as an alternative. Worker said chicken noodle. Paid for it, and then was told there was no soup left.

First they messed up my order(not the first time this has happened), when I asked them to please fix it this is what I got….two bites of actual food. $6 for this is ridiculous?? Tim’s has gone way downhill and is way overpriced now. Me and my partner will never be eating from Tims ever again.

Tried this location half a dozen times now since I drive by often. Literally every visit is a disappointment and I won’t go back again. Always out of basic things. Today they were out of timbits. Last time they were out of wraps. Before that they said they couldn’t make the iced lemonade. Tried to get a refund since it was a mobile order and they said I had to do that on the app. That didn’t work and I got an email from customer service that I had to get my refund from the store. What a pain. Don’t waste your time. Meaford and Collingwood have far better locations. This one is a waste of time and money.
