Do NOT use this company. Yvan Brouillard is not reliable and extremely unprofessional. Be prepared to wait forever for communication and responses to emails. Then, after you reach out two or three times, you receive one word responses. We needed some beams picked up and delivered from Surrey to the Sunshine Coast (Garden Bay). Yvan appeared interested in doing this, gave us specific days, then never responded or replied when we tried to give him the details. Due to his extreme unreliability, we ultimately had to go with another carrier (City Transfer) at the last minute. City Transfer was professional from the very start. I like to support local businesses but this was one big waste of time and effort. Avoid at all costs and call City Transfer instead.

I generally don’t leave one star reviews.Not cool.However, we had a time sensitive project. Needing a product picked up from Vancouver and delivered to gibsons.Assured Wednesday afternoon at the latest.Then no contact.Chased Wednesday to see if the product had even been picked up….no response.Thursday morning texted again….nope hasn’t left gibsons, no the product hasn’t even been picked up.Not cool. Not reliable. Poor communication.
