Over the past 9 years Harbourside was our property manager. Tim and his team go above and beyond in their role. I was on and continue to be on council and can assure anyone seeking a professional property management company - Harbourside is the right choice. They were instrumental in working with us to identifiy serious structural issues in our complex and because of their expertise were able to guide us to file a claim under the 10 year warranty policy. They have access to a list of superior professionalls to support the needs of the strata corporation. Tim Coffey is the most incompetent, belligerent, and arrogant property manager. As an owner harbourside was uncommunicative and ineffective, as a council member harbourside was unprofessional and a detriment to our property, and as a seller they jeopordized our sale. Harbourside's pricing is on par with the majority of other property managers but are uncompetitive and offer no online portal and terrible service overall. Do not hire Harbourside for any reason.

I have just let my first property and I was truly impressed of how easy and smooth they made the process appear. They took care of everything from regulations, inspections and advertizing. I had to do very little and my house was let within a couple of weeks. Thank you.

Do not use this service. The worst Strata Property Management company. Coffey is Arrogant, rude, doesn’t respond to emails. They do the bare minimum and charge a lot of $ for their substandard service. Can’t write minutes accurately. No transparency or accountability

As the past President of a Strata Council, I had the privilege of working with Tim Coffey and Harbourside Property Management for 10 years. They guided our ownership through a very large and tricky window replacement project. On a day-to-day basis, his staff was excellent and would tend to any pressing matters in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend Harbourside Property Management Ltd. to any building.

Was at 2 stars, then the owner called and threatened to pursue legal action if I did not remove the 2 star rating

Unprofessional, arrogant, disrespectful,utterly useless. Ignore issues, don't return calls, emails about problems, then claim they never received. Nothing ever in writing. A liability for any complex. Avoid at all costs.

These people are the most unprofessional group of so called property managers i have ever dealt with. They charge thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing and can't even be bothered to return emails or phone calls. Do not get involved with this company
