Right from their free consultation I knew Terris Refrigeration was the best company to hire for our needs. It’s not often you see a business owner out in field these days, and Tony himself came to quote our job and walked us through the entire process. He put everything into everyday terms we understood and explained the difference between brands, efficiencies, placement, and cost. It was less than a 3 weeks between the initial quote and the full installation of our 3 Daikin Mini Splits. Their technicians stayed longer than expected to make sure everything was done right and that we understood the operation… and on a +32c day that’s saying a lot! From start to finish it was a flawless process and we’ve never been more comfortable in our 10 years of living in our family home. Please don’t hesitate to give them a call because you simply don’t get service like theirs anymore!

I used Terris Refrigeration to install a new heat pump for my house and after paying for it in full there was a small problem. I contacted Tony and he came over himself and inspected the issue. It was determined that a change to sone ductwork would be necessary and he came back and made the updates at no cost. He also changed another supply duct and changed the thermostat all at no cost.His customer service was truly top of the line.I think in a time when customer service is now a thing of the past, I'm satisfied in knowing I chose a company that still values it. My heat pump works so much better and I know that anytime there is a problem I can count on this group to come and fix it -- thanks everyone.
