I just finished installing my new Sprinter rack. Great fit and quality! The custom-cut parts are nice heavy-gauge aluminum, and the black 8020 cross bars were super easy to install my Renogy panels onto using the supplied hardware. There's also a bag of special 8020 hardware to attach other accessories, so it should be easy to add a platform in the future.

Their customer service was amazing and shipping across the country wasn't a problem at all. The products (awning, roof rack, ladder) arrived within a week. They were very well packaged, would definitely recommend.

Excellent product, well made and uses good materials. The customer service has been great. They were quick to answer all my questions. The rack arrived in good shape and well packaged. The installation instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The fit on the van was excellent and it looks great. The after sales support has been good as I navigate some additions to the rack. Good value too.
