We went in for an initial assessment for my son. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Our appointment was with Chris Dahiroc. He was very knowledgeable, kind and easy to chat with.

I’ve had 2 appointments so far with Megan which have been stellar. She’s compassionate and has a very wholistic approach to rehabilitating an injury. Very knowledgeable and did a good job educating me on how to move forward.Also found the ladies working at the phone desk to be extremely kind and understanding. They care about their patients and were more than willing to help with any questions I had - over the phone or in person.Would definitely be willing to recommend JA Physio.

I have been going to JA Physio for two years and Rehab is one of the best massage therapists. She helped me recover from my low back pain. She gave me such an intense and much needed deep tissue massage. She took the time to really understand my pain and treated accordingly.

JA Physio is an amazing organization! You get a feel of the welcoming spirit of the business right from the front desk as you are attended to by very professional but friendly front desk staff.Big ups to Sameena!! She's an awesome professional! Great facility with excellent staff. It is so nice to be welcomed by name. Sameena is fantastic. She really knows her stuff and does a very good job. So happy to have met her and been treated by her.

Rehab is an excellent Massage Therapist!Highly Recommended!She has the strength to effectively work on larger muscles while also being able to adjust pressure for the smaller muscles. She frequently checked on my comfort with the amount of pressure she used as well as the heat from the massage table.She even personalized my experience by giving me the choice of the scent of the essential oil she uses!Out of the handful of MTs I’ve had massages from over the years she has been the ONLY one who was conscious that the sinuses can fill up when laying face down on the massage table. With this in mind, Rehab saved a few minutes at the end of the massage to gently massage the face and neck muscles and open up my sinuses.Finally, she gave me some tips on how to use heat at home to help ease any residual discomfort that may arise.The overall experience from the staff at JA was top quality. I was greeted immediately and pleasantly on my arrival. They also have a great website the allows for booking, submitting your intake form, adding your insurance information and even secondary payment option for services not covered under insurance.

My experience with JA Physio has been positive to date. I have been for several visits so far and I am showing definite improvement in movement and less pain. My therapist is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He explained the issue in a manner that I was able to understand. I recommend this location.

I have so many great things to say about JA Physio!Sameena is a fantastic physiotherapist! I was paired with her to help my wrist and neck issues that arose after having my son and she has been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. She’s willing to explain, in detail, why she is doing what’s she’s doing and why it will help the injury. She’s strong and constantly checking that the treatment is comfortable. All that and she’s a wonderful conversationalist to boot! Highly recommend her!Rehab is a wonderful massage therapist! She helped me with the strains that arise from breastfeeding and just generally being a mom. She works expertly on the affected areas, checking in on the pressure throughout. She gives great recommendations on how to maintain and improve upon the areas she fixes. Really enjoyed seeing her!Finally, all the front desk staff!! I can’t say enough about how friendly, encouraging and helpful they are! They greet you warmly, genuinely want to know how your sessions went and make the front beautiful and inviting. It’s always nice to see them!

All of the staff I have dealt with at JA (right from first point of contact on the phone) are extremely friendly polite and professional. I am undergoing physiotherapy with Nick and would highly recommend him. Diagnosis, therapy, exercises...all have been incredible. I would not hesitate to return should the need arise!
